Mid season draftees are rookies. They don’t go on the senior list. Mentha and Riak Andrew were nominated as NGA’s for us so both can go straight on to the Cat B rookie list if not selected before hand. We didn’t even nominate Yze as a F/S.

Yep, still nothing. The clubs socials are pathetic and have been for a long while. Every club with a selection posted their player being drafted almost instantaneously. Melbourne didn’t post about the kid for over half an hour. Embarrassingly average and still a 8:30am the next day, there’s no write up on him or any comment from Jason Taylor.

Right idea from Bill to take the corridor but poor execution.
Yep, exactly this. It’s all good to rack up 35+ a week at Casey but when you kick out, dump kick out of D50 and consistently lose 1 on 1’s, the stats on the eye really don’t paint/tell the full picture/story.
Jeffo getting his hands on it early. So much better without the extra tall. One of Brown or Schache is ok. But both + Jefferson? No good.
People seem very surprised that our kids struggle against seasoned VFL players. Melksham, Spargo, Brown, Hore, Schache, McAdam (2nd quarter), Hunter (half time) and those missing from last year (JJ, Dunstan Harmes, Munro) not being there as senior players around the younger guys unfortunately is detrimental and it shows 🤷🏻♂️
