  1. Delisted Eagles player Jai Culley (number 1 pick in the 2022 mid season draft) will train with us over summer (like Roy George) after signing with Casey for 2025.
  2. Max doesn’t do much wrong but this may be the consistent one. Unless when in play he’s having a shot on goal from outside 50, please handball it😂
  3. Pickett’s uncle to train with Dees amid AFL interest Confirmation in the Herald Sun that Kozzy Pickett’s uncle Roy George will train with us despite us not having a list spot and him not being eligible to join as a category B rookie. The club is “open minded” about giving him a list spot if a long term injury occurs over preseason.
  4. Anyone could remind Judd that all 17 other clubs overlooked him and it was the then Premiers who took the punt on him at pick 18 in the rookie draft😉
  5. After believing he was tied to us, then being told otherwise that he wasn’t (should’ve verified that info better) have just been told that Toby Sinnema is indeed tied to us and we will have priority/access to match a bid on him if he’s good enough in the 2025 draft👍🏼
  6. Melbourne are prepared to offer Judd a deal to 2029 like they did with JVR. They’ll be happy to accomodate another 2 years though if that’s all he wants. He’s very happy at the club and also has a partner who plays in AFLW side.
  7. Until his actions prove it *unfortunately for him* there will be a lot of scepticism and doubt.
  8. We do have 1 cat b list spot but as discussed Roy wouldn’t qualify as a category b rookie which makes sense. I hope we don’t sign him simply because that’ll mean we stay long term injury free
  9. Funniest part of Jay’s *original* article was that he made 0 mention of Bayley Fritsch at all in its first release. I guess he got the editor to put him in😂
  10. He literally got omitted after the 50 point loss to Fremantle at Optus. He played VFL the next week when we lost to the Giants by 2 points. He was bought back against the Dogs. He got injured against the Suns and didn’t play in the last game against the Pies. Get your facts right at least.
  11. Agree with this. Pre season Sparrow always flatters to deceive. Not sure he’s a walk up start anymore and the fact he was *finally* omitted last season shows that.
  12. To be fair to Tommy he’s always been in great shredded nick.
  13. He was their executive general manager of football from 2019 to this year. Moved back to Melbourne end of 23’ for family reasons. In the running for the Pies job as head of footy but wants to be a CEO ultimately.
  14. Charlie Gardiner would have to be under consideration for our CEO role no doubt. Cut from the Sydney cloth as an administrator and we know how well they’re run.
  15. Langford eyeing a few numbers down the order in 2026 I reckon 😂 Also, number 34 kept open for another year. #Kalaniwatch
  16. David Stevenson was the CEO of the Bulldogs in their Premiership year in 2016. Of those mentioned on the unofficial ‘shortlist’, those names are certainly well credentialed 👍🏼
  17. Pretty sure they both signed with Geelong and St Kilda respectively
  18. No matter what happens, it’s never Trac’s fault… if you ask him.
  19. Your last point is the most apt. Stop playing the kid in the bloody ruck. let him be a forward and develop as one. We lose so much when he goes out of the forward line.
  20. Howes delisted? kidding yourself
