A fan of any Melbourne player that wears a headband. But feel he could play wing, D or up front. That versatility can be handy but also note as commented above that Fritta excelled when just left to the one spot. Will comment once our list is confirmed and we see how magic Burgess really is.

Was at peace with them receiving an extra pick at the pointy end but a little surprised at some of the other concessions. The least the AFL can do is give us some additional dollarydoos
People say underwhelming etc, but I think they're decent enough depth players. It's been said here before often but we've got several players stuck in between VFL and AFL level. The injuries last year didn't help. If Burgess can help the best 22-26 in relative good health then depth options aren't the end of the world. Eg In 2018 J Wagner played 5 games, he played 12 this year. In 2018 B Stretch played 2 games, he played 9 this year.
