Slightly off topic but is it just me that a week feels like an eternity now given we’ve had 4 and 5 day breaks. Feel like forever for this game to come around. But can’t wait ?

I’m not sold on Preuss either. As bad as he was last week, this could be the only thing from saving Tmac from being dropped. Although he may be undersized he could give O’Brien a bit of a run around. Giving Tmac a bit of freedom to run around might do him a world of good.

This is what I do understand. This was paid holding the ball right, so Bailey has the ball when the decision is made. How was it not 50m after he’s let go of the ball or pushed the ball away?

I can’t wait. I can go see the dees play at the Adelaide Oval. The club will embrace the challenge thrown at them and I think it’ll be a good thing.

The guy is the enforcer for us. He sets the tone and you’re right, he hurts players and that becomes a byproduct of perceived pressure. He was massive in 2018 in the lead up to the finals and the first two wins in September. If gets some game time together and builds on his match fitness he will be very important.

I think he was matched up Smith for most of the game and he was barely cited. He definitely had no influence on the game. His disposal wasn’t great at times but defensively I thought he was good.
