I thought last night gave it a nudge. Today wasn’t a good performance but You have to look at the season holistically. The occasion got to them. There’s that, plus the emotion over the last 2-3 weeks. Eventually it’ll wear you down. Then you look at our age profile. We have a bunch of young guns who are only 20, 21, 22 y/o. We do need to look at someone with class but we are going to have a period of success in the next few years.

Nah happens every year around finals time with ticketek. Their server isn’t big enough to take on the demand of people trying to get tickets. Just keep trying.

Going by what Goodwin said in his presser the players will have a few days off and by next weekend will have a big training session. Almost like game style training session so they won’t miss much match conditioning. Expect Viney and Hannan to be heavily involved in that.

JKH stays in. He was good yesterday. I can’t see Garlett playing for the MFC again. The other 2 changes mentioned above should be the only changes.

Hopefully one of the Geelong players can come out during the week and call the Suns players soft... then hopefully there might be a chance.

Yep 100% had a tear. It wasn’t until Snake’s last goal. Kent’s goal was still a bit early for me. We’ve Melbourne’d it from there before so I wasn’t sold at that time.

Ideally win next week so we get a home final.

My sphincter is back to normal ?

The only thing that is tightening up is my sphincter.

I’m hoping for the Dees to do what Essendon did to them over there earlier in the year. With the team we’ve selected today, there is a chance we can do it. Finally we have some speed in the team. The only other change I would’ve liked was Spargo out for JKH. But other than that it’s not a bad side.

Why would we need to give them anything? Isn’t he a free agent?

We need some speed and given the big ground over there, the run that these players provide will be critical. I know Bugg struggles to kick straight in front of goal but how’s his form been of late? His ability to run both ways and apply pressure could be important.

They’ll train tomorrow but it will be a light session. It’ll be a lot of touch work, stoppage work and 1 on 1 contest work. And maybe some light simulation work.

Funny you’ve mentioned that. My brother just said the same thing and I said the hit on Mills is the only thing he’s been suspended for. He may be niggly and a pest but I wouldn’t count that as ‘form’.
