My sphincter is back to normal ?

The only thing that is tightening up is my sphincter.

I’m hoping for the Dees to do what Essendon did to them over there earlier in the year. With the team we’ve selected today, there is a chance we can do it. Finally we have some speed in the team. The only other change I would’ve liked was Spargo out for JKH. But other than that it’s not a bad side.

Why would we need to give them anything? Isn’t he a free agent?

We need some speed and given the big ground over there, the run that these players provide will be critical. I know Bugg struggles to kick straight in front of goal but how’s his form been of late? His ability to run both ways and apply pressure could be important.

They’ll train tomorrow but it will be a light session. It’ll be a lot of touch work, stoppage work and 1 on 1 contest work. And maybe some light simulation work.

I was at the game and it was something that my brother and I discussed during the final qtr. We saw the flags above the old scoreboard end blowing hard towards Adelaide’s end. Whether that wind is the same on the field is another story. Maybe the stands surrounding the ground may create a whirlwind affect in the middle of the ground similar to the G?

Let’s hope so ?. I do believe we are well prepared now to take some big scalps leading into the final few rounds. That Geelong loss, while I still can’t stop thinking about will prove to be a lesson well learnt, and the win in Adelaide will build huge belief and hold us in good stead for the final 4 weeks.

True but the fact people including the media say we haven’t beaten a team inside the 8 which is totally untrue. You can only beat who you play at the time and at the time they were 4th.

I’m at the game. We are in this to our eyeballs.

It took me a few weeks but instead of looking at the St Kilda game as a chance blown, I’m looking at it as a blessing in disguise. We lost our way defensively for a couple of weeks there and that St Kilda game has got the players and coaches re-aligning what is needed defensively. We played dominate football against freo and if not for our kicking should’ve been a 100 point victory. The bulldogs have been good in games over the last few weeks and the way we put them away in that 3rd term, was the best footy we’ve played all year. Im quietly confident about our chances this weekend. They would’ve set there sights on this game a couple of weeks ago.
