All of them were that I saw. KK said that he pulled up a bit tight last week. So they’ll back it off for a week or two then build him back up. Didn’t say exactly when as he probably doesn’t know himself. I guess we’ll have to wait and see how much progress he makes in the next few weeks.

Riewoldt rates Hogan as better forward than TMac
Megatron replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
All he had to do was check social media and see that Jesse wasn’t smiling in any of the photos. But in all seriousness, Jesse was most likely happy here in Melbourne but I’m sure anyone could understand that he’d be happier over there where his family is, and he’ll be better for it. I wish him all the best. As for comparing Tmac and Jesse, Tmac is a more complete player. Has better aerobic capacity, better contested mark, better kick for goal, mentally stronger than Jesse. I think the only few things Jesse has over Tmac is his field kicking, decision making and age. By the end of this year Tmac will be conisdered to be in the top 3 of key forwards. -
If that umpiring was against our men’s team I’d be minus a tv. Beyond atrocious

Yeah that game was probably the most deflated I had ever been. Worse than the 186 point defeat in Geelong as I knew we were better than that and had showed signs of playing good football. There was obviously a lot disconnect from the players towards the administration but that loss to Essendon was worse because we were as bad as the score showed and it looked like the club was finished... to my eyes anyway. But the most heartbreaking loss was Adelaides loss to WC in rd 23, 2017. Yes we should knocked off the pies but after 11 years of pure [censored], I would taken anyway to get in. I was in a rage. Had to go for a drive, crank up with music and swear every word you could think of as loud as I could until the rage was out of my body.

Yeah he was there. From the couple of passages of play I saw of him he looked as clean and composed as ever.

Haha bloody predictive text.

KK was there but I didn’t see Viney or the indigenous players there either. For those concerned about Tmac, I wouldn’t be too concerned. He was jumping up for marks in the marking drill. Body language was still positive. Could be a deload week for him. Itll be interesting to see who plays in the practice game on Friday.

Dang. I didn’t even see May. Not to say he wasn’t there. I didn’t notice many of the defenders as they were at the other end. Didn’t see Sparrow. It i saw Jordan and he looks lively. Laser left foot and quick. Bedford might be a surprise this year. That kid has a go. I saw he nailed big Maxy in a tackle a few sessions back and that was no fluke. Looks as though he loves the contest. I tell ya who looks fit. And that is Vanders. The guy just looks in ripping shape and ready to go. Expect him to go into beastmode this season.

I popped by for about half an hour. I was standing pint road side of the oval so only really had a good view of the rehabbers. Rehab consisted of Jones, Tmac, Lever and Hannan. Jones looks like he’s not far off from going the main group. Doing a lot of ground work, running, running shot on goal etc. only thing he wasn’t doing was contact work. Tmac, not sure what’s up with him. He’s pulled out of AFLX. Fritsch his replacement. Wasn’t in the main group and was doing some marking drills with Stafford as I got there. Then game over to the rehab side of the oval and wasn’t doing a great deal of anything. He and Hannan left the track early. Hannan was going some goal kicking practice. Nice guy. Had a quick chat to him and asked him how far he is away from the main group. Said he had a minor knee op to clear out some floating bone that was irritating him from his previous op. Said he’s really happy now and will start running next week, do a good 6 week block of running and training and aim for a round 2 or 3 return. Lever was doing a lot of marking and kicking drills with Jones and Crossy, then did some laps of the oval fartlek style. Was building up some solid pace. If the club wasn’t taking the extra causious approach with him, he could’ve looked at possible return in the early rounds. He’s building nicely. Melksham was in the main group. I apologize I didn’t get to see much of the drills but at one stage down my end there was one drill where the were a chain of handballs where it was start at about 20m from goal, a chain of handballs going back towards the 50m arc and the final player coming through at full speed running towards the goal and having shots on goal. The chain of and handballs were fast and slick and the shots on goal were very accurate. Who whole drill was very clean. No dropped balls, players weren’t breaking stride and no shanked kicks. I must say big Pruessy kicking for goal was impressive. Harmsey and Trac had a tendency to hook the odd kick but overall it was pretty good. Hope this is ok. I’m just going from memory as I didn’t write down any notes. if you have any questions please feel free to ask.

If you google ‘intermittent fasting’ there’s information everywhere. heres a link to one article https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/intermittent-fasting-guide#what-it-is also YouTube Terry Crews intermittent fasting.
-
Fasting is not only to lose weight. It can be to gain weight, in particularly muscle mass. All that you are doing is changing your eating pattern, not necessarily how much you eat. The way it works is that your body adjusts hormone levels to make stored body fat more accessible. For example, human growth hormone with can promote muscle gain and fat loss. It has proven to drop insulin levels dramatically and cellular repair. This is when your cells initiate the cellular repair processes.

Mine isn’t because of Transformers but rather than the great Calvin Johnson of the Detroit Lions. Arguably the greatest Wide Receiver of all time. Future Hall of Famer

Wowwweeeee!!!

What dippy is saying is that pick 65 is the deal we got for Kent. We then on traded that in the hogan deal.
-
I think you’re reading too much into it.
-
So u think losing Hogan and pick 65 for May, KK and pick 23 is a bad deal?
-
Haha I understand but some of the things that are being said are comical. I have total trust in Mahoney and the footy dept. They will get the best possible deal done.
-
Can everyone pls calm down ffs

Sam Edmond on SEN just said it.

Haha psychological

All I’m saying is that today’s performance or lack thereof was more physiological than about leadership. You cant tell me that leadership was lacking in the first two finals?
-
History also shows we don’t make finals, but we did. Things are different with this group. This group has stood up a lot this year and in particularly the last month. Just look at Richmond. Would u say before last night that they had leadership issues?
