We won our first 6 games without Brown or Weideman. Structurally forward of Centre is not quite right at the moment. We’ve made a habit of making adjustments at half time. Let’s hope tonight is another one of those occasions.

If they can win their next 2 before that 5 game stretch and get some real confidence, it’ll be good if they can upset one of Geelong, Brisbane or West Coast as I think we have the toughest run home out of the top 4 sides.

I’d say they’re setting him up for the second half of the year. Richo mentioned on the radio this week that he’s building and increasing his intensity at training so I would suggest the club has just put a timeline in to work on a block of training before they consider him for selection. I’m not too concerned about him at the moment.

It’s funny you say that. I’m positive a read a poster (can’t remember who it was) but before the Adelaide game they wouldnt be surprised if Adelaide won, if it meant that we’d beat the bulldogs the week after, or something along those lines. Your last point is spot on. We need that killer instinct. I’d like us to be a bit more unsociable. A bit more aggressive, niggle and bully a bit. Once we get on top, we then learn to bury teams. Once that becomes second nature, then will come the killer instinct.

Lever’s did but his got paid against him, and the crows player blocked the ball over the line as well. Max got pinged for holding the ball, moments later Keys got caught while having longer to get rid of it, and didn’t but play on. My point is you can’t pay one then not the other. This is what annoys fans the most

The direction of the handball was heading straight to the line anyway. Regardless if he got a small deflection or not, his total intention was to get the ball over the line. The exact same thing happened to Lever and that got paid against him.
