Trade Targets
There is a very real possibility we only bring in Mihocek and Heath in this trade period. While we lose 2 of our greats, who now seemingly hate us. What a sad time for this club.

Sam Flanders
Flanders joins the list of failed targets. Humphrey next. Lamb defenders incoming.

Sam Grlj
I'd push for 2 highs picks for Trac in this years draft. One to secure Grlj (assuming Robey not available) and the second to get Oskar Taylor. Both are quick, great kicks, take game on, very athletic.

Rebuild or Renovate?
People will say this years draft is weak, but we still should make the most of it. Tasmania is going to stuff the draft for several years very soon. The team with the most talented 19-21 years old at this stage is the best poised for success in the next 5 years.

Not including the players that have been delisted, we have the potential of moving on Trac's full 1m+ contract, around 700-800k of Oliver's, May's full 7-800k and whatever McVee and Spargo were on. With Mihocek and Heath coming in, we should be well in the green and I'm tired of people thinking we don't have the space.

Farewell Christian Petracca
I agree. Top 20 of this draft is more than solid. Robey, Lindsay, CDT, Dean, Dovaston, Marsh and Schubert will all be great players.

Welcome to Demonland: Brody Mihocek
Pies have a few academy and at least one F/S - I'm thinking it will be a pick in this years draft. We also don't seem to think, White or Sinnema will be taken in the national draft, more likely rookie.
- Welcome to Demonland: Jack Steele

Imploding
Essendon don't know what success looks like, did they even do DVDs of there last finals win or was it all on VHS?
-
Farewell Christian Petracca
Being a junior at any law firm is horrible, I don't blame her for changing direction.

Petracca hasn't done or said anything the club didn't approve of. Why do people keep thinking he's lost the respect of the group..

The List Manager Tim Lamb
Another missed target. Are we just lamb's to the slaughter 🫠

Sam Flanders
You cant lose Petracca and Oliver and only bring in Humphrey's, and even that is unlikely. Another target failed to get over the line.

Bailey Humphrey
Hopefully Flanders nominates us today and Humphrey follows suit. Then we work out the biggest trade deal ever for the pair of em.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
King sat down with the coaches and high performance team at the G the other day to discuss his plans. He even mentioned they went over the data on where we compared to other teams. The point is no decision is being made by a new or the club without good reason. The data will show Clayton's and Trac's strengths and weaknesses. King will know what he is losing and will have to replace it with something that works for him.

Our pitch should be if you join the dees then you don't get tackled by Jack Viney.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Sometimes the best decision is the hardest one to make. I dont enjoy the slander Clarry and Christian have gotten by some, and ill be the first to defend them against rival fans or the media. Whatever happens, If they're are in red and blue next year, let's get behind them.

Good on you Clarry. Journo treating him like dirt. If you're told to leave him alone, dont pursue him through an airport.

The List Manager Tim Lamb
Not sure why everyone is so quick to buy the spin. Tim Lamb has not done a good job since 21' We are potentially losing 3 of our best 23 this year and at this stage we are only linked to Mihocek, Derksen and Heath.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
I always found it odd that when we brought in Jordan Lewis to the club, there was a big narrative about star players taking less so we could better retain players. However, Trac and Clarry are both reportedly on anywhere between 2.8-3.2 mil per year between them. Could even throw in Kozzy and we have 4.5mil a year tied up in 3 players. Since those deals have been given out, we haven't been able to recruit a big fish. The fact that Gawn has never been our highest earner says something to me. Some players let their agents twist the clubs arm to keep them, while others did the team thing.

In the same category as Rosas Jnr at the suns stats wise, maybe more effective at hitting the scoreboard.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
If we end up in the situation of getting Rachele (23 next year) and Flanders (25 next year) for Christian Petracca (30 next year), I think that's just good business. Adelaides 1st and Rachele for Petracca and we on trade Adelaides 1st for Flanders. Rachele was basically a 2 goal per game medium forward, who also wants to go through the middle (Wonder where he plays if Petracca comes in).

Petracca isn't forcing his way out of the club. The club are open to the trade, Adelaide are open to doing the trade, so Petracca is talking to Adelaide. Why are people so butthurt.

2025 Player Reviews: #19 Harvey Langford
Hopefully more inside next year. Like the idea of him resting forward.
