WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - HARLEY BENNELL
Back on track people. It is about HB not crowds. Just trust HB has pulled up well today and ready for the next session.

Cap May Squeeze Out Fritsch
Really is a nothing tweet from Ralph. just making up things whilst in isolation. If he had a half a brain he would have mentioned the Wagners, Dunkley & maybe Spargo or Hunt first. Keep the young guys and Bradtke as work in progress

Cap May Squeeze Out Fritsch
With you 100% on this.

TEAM: Rd 02 vs Carlton
Bit confusing as Auld in his presser mentioned Carl V Melb at MCG also.
-
Dees vs Hawks: Who’s Closer to a Flag
I found the article to be quite interesting. Looking at our midfield with the inclusions of Langdon and Tomlinson and having May and Lever playing together on a consistent basis we seem to have the cattle to push upwards. More up than the wooden spoon I would think !!!. Now all we need to do is the bleeding obvious. Transition of the pill into our forward line.

Spoon Favourites
Another thing. Anyone of you want to back us for the SPOON I'll cover you. Put your money where your mouth is!!

Spoon Favourites
Agree plus we went over LATE the night before and had crap preparation. As Pates mentioned we stayed with WCoast for 3 qtrs and only lost by 4 and a bit goals. Some of you people just love getting stuck into the club and do not stop to think what a poor situation we were in round one. This 2 teams playing is not relevant. They were at home in a weird situation which would have been a benefit compared to us getting in late and not the normal interstate preparation. Maybe if WCoast is the professional side as ET mentioned then FOLLOW them in lieu of the Dees. Let's see what the next couple of rounds (whenever played) bring before going over the top.

ULTIMATE REDLEG: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1953-2020 - Neitz vs Flower
I went for Ronald Dale over Robbie JUST and the scoreline was tight with Robbie just getting over the line. This time I have to go for Robbie. He has Neita covered in my opinion. Another tight one coming up me thinks!!

Legends Match: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1953-1987 - Barassi vs Flower
Gee you are making it tough. Can't separate these two at all but going to go with number 31. Sorry Robbie

Jurrah’s Journey
Unfortunately BBO we are covered in what could have been's/maybe's/if only's etc and Jurray is one of the many.
-
Dees vs Kangaroos 1991 Jakovich’s 11 Goals
Pity his career ended so short. Add in Scwarta's knee problems and can just imagine if they both stayed fit and healthy. Two things from this game other than his goals were did he got off the report and how good was Stynes.

MFC greatest goals competition
And again. Took a while to vote on them all individually. Bit silly. Woewodin's goal for me is best.

GAME 28: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1988-2020 - Neitz vs Schwarz
Has to be Neitz however as i have mentioned previously Schwarz would/may have taken it if his legs stood up.
-
GAME 26: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1988-2020 - Gawn vs Viney
Love Gawn however he really has only come into his own last few years whereas Todd was a consistent great payer for us over the whole journey. Going with Viney but if this was on in a couple of years and Max continues his current form then Max would get the nod.

GAME 24: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1988-2020 - Schwarz vs Wight
Got to agree with you here. Schwartz in my opinion would have won a Brownlow from a forward spot he was that talented. Shame he did his knees. Was brilliant to watch when on song.

Which MFC players do you leave out of the hub
Leave Trac out as he will annoy the crap out of the rest locked in a hub!!!
-
GAME 14: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1988-2020 - Robertson vs Oliver
Robbo for me. Was terrific to watch and never left you wondering what will happen next. No doubt Oliver will become a great player but right at this moment I have to favour Robbo.
-
GAME 11: Demonland's Best/Favourite Demon 1988-2020 - Lovett vs O'Dwyer
Brett Lovett by a country mile. One of the most skillful players I have witnessed.Could use him in today's team.

1988 Elimination Final
Now that's the reason we lost. We played to early. Had of been the last Saturday we would have won. Then again I reckon no one was to beat the Bombers that year.
-
1988 Elimination Final
Don't think so. We were close at 2.30pm on that last day in September

1988 Elimination Final
You forgot 2000. 20 years still waiting

Top 20 Demons 1987-2020
Have to agree Poita on Schwarz. I am convinced if he had stayed healthy all the footy public would be speaking of him in terms of G Ablett senior. He could have/would have been an absolute champion of the game if those knees didn't buckle on him.

Forward entry at Training
The players up the ground need to lower their eyes and only 'bomb' it when under extreme pressure or no one leading. We can't have the likes of TMac leading into a good position for him to see the ball continually going over his head. Lower your eyes Backs and Mids please. I would also add that if they do lower their eyes and pass to someone leading even if the pass is crap and runs along ground at least it gives the forwards a 50/50 chance. No chance sailing over their heads

Lynden Dunn
I think we all will be writing off this year. It also appears to me that you should follow another team seeing the Dees are a basket case in your eyes.
