Sorry, I keep my eyes firmly focussed on the Casey team and ignore most of the other VFL results, so who the hell are the Southport Sharks? My quick research suggests they aren't aligned to anyone. Would they be the next team to come in from QLD otherwise why do they even play in a Victorian league.

Seriously the adulation for Kate on here is nauseating ... we get excited that she spoke to someone nicely ... where and when is our base being built? Can someone ask her that when they next have a nice chat to her?

Goody's comments at the presser were interesting, suggesting the season is out and he expected a decision in the next few days ... obviously the trade period isn't for some time so in theory it can drag out much longer as manager may want teams to up their offers and compete for his signature ... if he makes a decision in the next few days then he is gone in my view

In the MFC email today about the GF ballot ... the word doc said it was 'one in all in' or 'one out all out'. Interesting, assume that means that any grouped barcodes are treated as one entry and then you either all get to go or no one gets to go. What about if there are only a few sets of 3 seats in a row left and your entry has 4 or more barcodes - I assume you miss out even if you are selected in a random approach.

anyone know how many of our members fit these categories? just doing the math on chances for priority 2

Been reflecting on why there wasn't a 4th emergency training and goodys interview where he seemed to suggest tmac was a chance ie. 50/50 this week but even better next week or something similar ... putting two and two together l wonder whether tmac might be having a fitness test somewhere away from the media and onlookers

We are offering Jacko l suspect 700k also so why is it different? Next year we would have gawn/grundy, tmac, and bbb in our fwd line ... with JVR playing from time to time... l will take that as opposed to Weid coming in to be a part time ruck and having a massive hole in the ruck when gawn is injured ... we also get some great draft picks ... overall he makes us a better team

Don't think either would. Defensive pressure and intensity around the ball is a team effort these days

l wouldn't call it a disaster, the pick for Preuss landed BBB who was in top form in the 2nd half of season and finals ... we also won a flag

The fact Grundy doesn't want to go anywhere else means they accept mfc's offer otherwise they can hang onto him and miss out on a bunch of players they have lined up to come in ... they are stuck again
