Wow is that fact? I believe our defence is lacking but I didn't expect it to the worst in the competition! We have improved this year for sure. Last year, it was shocking when teams were getting the ball out the back and waltzing into goals time and time again. Other supporters here should take note of these stats. Definitely a big weakness of our team. At least our knowledgeable recruiters make the choices not us fans.

JW is an important part of club but isn't it great that we have players pushing him out of our best 22. Right now, Pedo is clearly ahead of him and if he continues to play well will keep Watts out of the team. I have no issues with that. The club is going in the right direction. Even if someone like Gawn has 2 or 3 stinkers in a row and Spencer is doing well, then he should be replaced!

Could easily have been 5 wins 14 losses How we thrashed Adelaide and struggle in other games I don't know We also gave up a big lead against the Ablett-less suns.

Strange how lots of supporters are seeing the game differently to myself. Except for the terrible slow start, I reckon our makeshift midfield did reasonably well. Considering the fact we are missing Viney, Jones, Tyson, we did well to match it well Adelaide. Vince kept Sloane quiet again despite getting reported. I think we had more inside 50s. And yes, some of the kicks in were terrible but I that had a lot to do with how well the crows set up defence. Our defence however looks ordinary and we keep leaking too many easy goals. Would happily swap our defenders for theirs sad to say.

Better to lose in Darwin though. I would have left the G long ago
