Ikr! I think that just because he is a lighter build than the Traccs, Olivers and Vineys of the world that people just assume he is soft. He was probably the one that impressed me the most on the weekend.

I saw that too, however i also thought i saw a handball when i was there watching live, If i saw it as a handball live i cant expect the umpires who are often blindsided by players to see it any other way.

I thought id try it over the weekend. And found it super hit and miss. I found a vpn service that was working then the next day it wasnt, tried another 5 or 6 before finally finding another that worked. I'm happy they have a long trial period because I'm not super confident I'd pay for it just yet... but it is still possible... I am a little conserned that as soon as I consider to actually pay for it they will block more and ill be screwed. The servive is 100% worth the money given i can split it with a friend (2 simultaneous streams) but its just a question if it will work... It just makes me sad that they wont offer such a good service to their local fans...

Yeah you need to be located anywhere outside of Aus. There are ways to get around it but thats up to you to find that out. Most people claim a VPN will work.

I have no interest in the rest of what Foxtel offers. so for me i would be geting it for footy. $600 a year bloody expensive

My understanding is the only real way for them to determine if a user is using a VPN is by checking if the IP they detect is registered to a VPN provider (which will also provide false positives). Since it is nearly impossible to register them all, they would surely not be able to detect every VPN. Regardless I havent used the international in the past because my tablet was enough.... But just a phone now? geez, they wonder why people look at the illegal options.

International account allows you to stream in reasonably high quality on a desktop It seems to be HD or close to it either way it's 100x better than the tablet. You can also stream the actual Foxfooty channel 24/7

They dont embrace it because they get alot more out of the broadcast deal if they make it a nightmare to watch any other way. They would be lucky to get half as much if people could just watch it online without needing to pay for fox or watch channel 7's [censored] shows either side for the games

it will be interesting to see how his research compares us to St Kilda. Given we tend to be importing 1 to 3 players a year where as St Kilda seems to be linked to import every player in the league. Possibly with the theory being "If we have all the players then we cant lose"

So with all the arguments with congestion. Whats people's thoughts on this new ball up trial when it comes to a deliberate rushed. Do you or anyone else know about Kennedy? He didnt play the intra does that leave him in just as much doubt? Might give JKH a huge opportunity with both Kennedy and Kent potential outs

I like that rule change. It could have the biggest impact without actually changing the game.

This is my thinking. He put alot into getting both him and Hibbard into the club. He wouldn't put them straight to Casey. I would say each will get 4-5 weeks to prove their worth unless they play particularly poorly in the JLT. Goody also labeled Melksham as one of the better in the intra club. Wagner is an interesting one. I thought he was pretty good when he played last year but I'm not sure if he will get the oppertunities this year. Maybe he will challenge a few for a spot. We seem to have a ton of good defenders but not many that are very good. Add to that Hunt, I want him to stay behind the ball but they may choose to move him up the ground just because of the excessive number of HB options we have

I'm exactly the same. I was really possitive about it at first but my doubts just seem to get bigger the more i think about it. I suppose if we start the year well it wont really matter

I feel Hibberd is more likely than Tyson Hibbard didnt do the main intraclub but he was part of the ball movement drills before and after it (along with Jetta who always seems to have some kind of niggle) . Tyson was in street clothes sitting on the sideline (he may have done some more running before the session I wasnt there that early).. So? He wasnt an experienced captain to take the bulk of the stress at the time. Jones will be able to take the majority of the stress (edit: particularly after a loss). I would think of it as a 75%-25 role for jones and that might transition over the following 3-4 years. Im sure if we dropped jones for say Viney and Hogan people would be angry

in their defence Viney is alongside jones. Grimes didnt have that luxury. However i think vice captain would have been enough but i suposse thats just a name and the role likely isnt much different.

So taking you back to the hawthorn win. When Watts was tackled by 2 players and he stood up in the tackle and kicked it to Tyson who snapped the sealer. You would have rathered that be paid as a cheap free kick because 2 players tackled him?
