Part 7: Jason Taylor - Visionary or Over-rated - 2019
Well constructed Deespicable even though you are a hard task master, definitely a 10/10 for mine. Losing Dogga probably cost us deeply in 2023 and ongoing.

2024 List and Contract Details
Thanks Red and blue forever, happy that Harrison Petty has re-signed we are going to need his backline skills going into the future.๐๐

Tom Fullarton - back up ruck?
Get him in we could use him at Casey as well as when Max isnโt available. I remember last year posting that we need to trawl all state leagues for a ready to go ruckman and we picked up Tom, go figger.!!

VOTES: Rd 19 vs Fremantle
6 - Jacob van Rooyen tried his guts out 5 - Steven May despite some blues 4 - Harrison Petty good around the ground plus he re-signed to โ27 3 - Ed Langdon our running man 2 - Judd McVee great awareness 1 - Trent Rivers just edged out Billings Our midfield badly mauled by Freo and penalised by umps as well, our much vaunted backline were badly beaten by Freoโs as well, junior football stuff, who was guarding the goal square and Jake Lever you were so out of touch today what the hell, outmarked, outplayed jumping at shadows.

Petty Re-Signs for 2 Years
Much prefer Harrison with us than against us, Goody sticking with him has made him stick with us but want him key back next year. ๐๐

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Frankston
Despite the terrible conditions was that Kynan Brown and Will Verrallโs best game for Casey?

CASEY: Rd 17 vs Frankston
I see what you mean Nascent there were 4 Casey players named as emergencies, must have been a communication break down.

Jack Viney - Legend
Jack Viney never ceases to amaze me, his never say die resilience allows him to just keep giving and giving for the team the kids must love that JV has their backs and I have noticed that our kids are also adopting his tough never take a step back behaviours. He will certainly end his career as a Legend of the MFC. Love Jack. ps(loved Todd as well)

Tom Fullarton - back up ruck?
Billings in for Woey, Bill, Tomlinson and Tom emergencies. We may never find out if Fullarton is up for it and Woey copped a bad corkey with Casey.

Stats Files - 2024
Thanks DD the fact that our senior players Max, JV, ANB, TMac, Rick, Spaz and May have all dropped off between rounds 12-18 indicates that they are either increasing their work loads or are starting to fade. Given that they have all dropped off at the same time tells me it is the former. What are your thoughts DD and letโs hope it starts trending back up across the board.

Dan Houston
Iโd be more interested in trading for him if Harrison is dead set on getting to SA it shouldnโt matter Crows or Port.

binmanโs rant (Goody defence)
Have to strongly disagree BBP Simon Goodwin, his coaching team and every player that pulled on the Red and Blue in the Premiership win in 2021 after 57 years of pain are Legends of the MFC.

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
I canโt help but feel a bit excited about the depth of this years draft, certainly provides a number of opportunities for our recruitment team to fill a couple of gaping holes in the list.๐๐

Part 5: Jason Taylor - Visionary or Over-rated - 2017
Deespicable given that JT picked up four premiership players in the draft I also think that is an incredible strike rate, Petty & Spargs injuries have taken a bit of the shine of it but in 2021.๐๐๐

Kozzie Pickett - 100 games
Thanks WCW we are on the mend havenโt felt so crook for a long time. Still have been able to watch the game and highlights several times Kozzie and the boys all went up a few notches it was a great win.๐๐
-
Tom Fullarton - back up ruck?
Tom Fullarton had 20 touches and kicked a goal in the VFL on Sunday against the bombers, he was in our best 5 and even though he rucked for more than 50% of the game he only had 8 hit outs. Whereas JVR won 17 hit outs against Draper and Wright and helped wrestle the game back from the bombers. Fullarton may have been as effective as Petty who got soundly beaten but he now needs to step up and force his way into the side or he will go the same way as Schache.

Kozzie Pickett - 100 games
We were all so disappointed on Saturday night we ended up missing the game due to illness me included and ended up watching in three separate homes to limit cross infection. We all watched the game and weโre texting each other all night so many memorable moments. Kozzie really turned it on for his 100th, his reflexes are sublime, quicker than the eye can detect, watching that ball to zmilkshake, Jake to Windsor, goal and then turning two bombers inside out and beautiful pass out the back, wow. Memorable game Kozzie.

Part 4: Jason Taylor - Visionary or Over-rated - 2016
Agree Deespicable 2016 draft is probably our worst since JT took over, didnโt realise that Draper and Marshall both Rookies and Oscar McInerny went pick 37 as well is quite mind numbing in hindsight.

Judd McVee - Future Melbourne Champion
Silky skills and footy IQ, I mentioned early on that he reminded me of a young Hassa Mann. Judd McVee is just so impressive, 9 coaches votes against a top four side how good is that.
