And replace them with who exactly ? All fair and easy to say lets just get rid of them but atm they are depth that we need in our defence stock. It only takes Frost or Oscar to go down with injury and before you know it Garland and Dunn will suddenly be important playing memebers that will have to step. They deserve to remain on our list and honour their contracts. And right now they are important depth players.

Is it me or does anyone else get quite shitty when we are never mentioned as a club interested when it comes to big name players. Even with Hurley we hear bits here and there but nothing else. I understand club maybe wants to keep a low profile but most of the time it ends up that we are never in the hunt with most of the big name players that get mentioned. You'll always hear us chasing the Melkshams and the Hibberds but personally they dont excite me at all.

Richmond being his nominated club says to me that Melbourne went cold on him straight after he said no last year after several attempts. He struggled with his knee this year and was surprised to see him butcher it so badly during games. I do have to LOL though that he has picked Richmond considering he turned us down in 2013 due to wanting success at the GC.. If anything we need a David Hale type forward ruckman. Hale was a strong contested mark that could kick your 2 to 3 goals up forward. Problem is the only one who comes close to mind is Rory Lobbe.
