Scully "steps away"
Thought we had the next Judd when we drafted him. He's a very average player. I still focus a lot in watching former dees on telly when I get a chance and sculls is just an average player in general. Still runs hard through games but butchers it still. From a personal point of view I hope he is okay and gets the required support he needs. Think we need to be mindful in that aspect regardless of what you think of him. People struggling enough as it is in this world.

Pies into Petracca?
Personally think its more then that. I don't think making finals is an acceptable level. If we make it and bow out first week then the risk of losing players is still high. We've got the list to be top 4. It's all up to players and coaching staff to make that happen.

Marty Hore replacement/backline depth.

Marty Hore replacement/backline depth.
With Hore going down for the year, and still question marks over Smith and Petty due to their bodies breaking down from time to time, I question the depth of our backs. With a few list spots available i would be looking at these delisted player options to add some further depth to our stocks down back. Sam Skinner 196cm tall defender. Hugh Goddard 198cm tall defender. Harrison Macreadie 196cm who plays as a 3rd rebounding defender. Matthew Sharenberg 190cm 3rd tall intercept defender. Ed Vickers Willis 187cm 3rd tall defender. Sam During 196cm tall defender. Logan Austin 197cm tall intercept defender Some of these names could easily cover as depth. Sharenberg and Logan Austin are the two who I'd personally look at.

Jordan Lewis’s views on Kossie
The human body doesn't just go from slow as a wet weak at 16 years of age to being the fastest players in the competition at 20 years of old. When Davey started his career, a lot of commentators would question him whether he he did athletics training as a kid and Davey would always put it down to chasing goannas in Darwin, and being naturally fast. Davey has always been naturally fast from day dot. He was a stick when he started and his speed as an 18/19 year old playing at Port Melbourne in the VFL is what really brought recruiters attention. This whole notion of being very slow by Skills32 at that age is wrong.

Kobe Farmer
I too am interested. Especially around the questioning of his committee and shear will to play AFL. Unless he has some evidence back up this questionable claim then I hope he isn't making it up. If I go by his video with his father a year ago, it seems Kobe sounded more then desperate to play AFL and co tinge his father's trait. Best person to speak to who has actually seen him play in the flesh would be @Pennant St Dee

Aaron Davey slow as a wet week? Do you actually know this for a fact? The Davey I saw in his debut season was imo one of the fastest players in the competition with his ability to just run down any opposition with his sublime closing speed.

Kobe Farmer
Kobe Farmer, the son of beloved Demons great Jeff, is already making a good impression as he angles for a rookie berth ahead of 2021. The 170cm Farmer uses his nous as a clever small forward and was among the goals in match sim on Friday morning's searching session. – Michael Rogers

2021 Free Agents
I'm guessing the likes of ANB and Spargo were one of those names. How did Trac, Oliver and Viney take the feedback @goodwindees

2021 Leadership Group
My view on the leadership is this, Gawns year as a captain in my opinion was poor. But I think he needs another full year because he would have reflected and right now be working on things he can get better as a leader. Gawn unfortunately is too soft and not ruthless enough with his teammates. He wants to be everyone's mate, and I totally get that because that's his nature. But he needs to find that fine balance of separating that into being more demanding and ruthless with his teammates. I look at some of the best teams that have had great success in Brisbane, Hawthorn, Richmond. Hodge, Voss, Cotchin and even Nick Maxwell, are the four who just demand high quality standards through being ruthless as a leader. Its no coincidence the culture and standards they set resulted in sustained success. This is why I think Gawn needs another year. I look at Cotchin and laughed when he first got named captain, but he grew into his role over time and became high demanding leader who also found the balance of being the good guy but also demanding excellence on field. The one guy who fits all of that bill right now in my opinion is Steven May. You only have to go back to his post match interview the port Adelaide game to watch how much he was seething after that performance. He gets its, and the players respect him. He demands absolutely 120% from his teammates and he's not afraid to give it to them if they are not performing at a standard that they should be. Give Gawn one more year perhaps. But if I wanted a leader right now next to me in the trenches its Steven May then daylight. Oh and less gags on a podcast thanks Gawny and more focus in getting the standards right, we are highly impatient supporters who want to see sustained finals success.

I'd have May co-captain alongside Gawn.

RIP markc
I have just seen this. This one hits a raw nerve.. I am deeply saddened to head Mark has sadly passed away. When he told us of the terrible news that his wife had passed away i PM'd him and told him I was here for a chat if need and was thinking of his children who had just sadly lost their mother. I am now utterly devastated for his kids that they have now lost not only their father, but a beautiful soul. We got talking footy around the period and his biggest wish was to see the Dees back playing finals and hopefully winning a flag in his time. I engaged again a while back when he posted about his health battle and you wouldn't have picked it due to his positivity and just happy that he was still able to spend quality time with his kids. I just seen that he was only logged into demonland last Friday. To @Hell Bent I am deeply sorry for your loss as his close mate. To his family and close friends if they are reading this, my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. To Mark, RIP old mate. It was an absolute pleasure that I was able to connect with you even if we never met. Time to be reunited with your darling wife.

Great reporting guys. I'd like to hear thoughts on Kobi Farmer. Is he a possible chance for a spot on the list just by watching his training standards?

Wasn't this one of the big reason we brought in Gary Pert back in 2018?

Patton allegations
He's been doing it for years so i don't have sympathy for him. Its disgusting behaviour especially some of the content that he was displaying. Glad he's been finally caught. Lesson for young footballers all around the country, you're not invincible.
