  1. Wasn’t that brave but took us on the H2H at $2.30 thought we should have been the favs
  2. Just a beautiful afternoon watching us dismantle the hated filth from the couch....great to see Gus play well with Viney back in, perhaps it’s more about his form than the presence of Jack but it worked well today
  3. Yeah but their backline is completely shot all we have to do is keep pumping it in there
  4. I’ve still got PTSD from 2017 that’s the sickest I’ve felt after a game of footy in recent years....especially considering what happened the next day. We still haven’t taken revenge on the filth either please let today be the day!
  5. Preuss to do a Mumford and squash Sidebottom flat the first time he attends a centre bounce
  6. Sier out for the filth...they have more issues than we do, no excuses
  7. Just don't know about Preussy...I think he played a decent game a couple of years ago rucked all day when Max was out and we won - was it against Carlton?
  8. If Dunny plays whoever is on him needs to run him all over the field, unless looks are deceiving in his current condition it looks like he'd blow up in 10 mins
  9. He's going to be underdone even if he does get up
  10. Certainly no point risking Max if he's sore, with the state Collingwood are in he shouldn't be the difference between winning or losing if he isnt right to go
  11. I think its a touch too early to plan for life after Max yet - ruckmen often are still playing their best footy in their early 30s and at 28 he has many good years left in him...Id say 5 more seasons after this one at least, and by that stage Jackson will have done his 80+ game apprenticeship
  12. Don't remember Robbie I was too young when he was in his prime...the Ox was the next that springs to mind before his knees gave way. Trac is ridiculous some of the things he can do on a football field, he appears untouchable: his next challenge is to do it against the best teams and not simply beat up on the strugglers.
  13. In my 40 years supporting our beloved club....he could well be the best player we've had
  14. Agree: we’ve spent years putting together a such a talented midfield now isn’t the time to start breaking it apart
  15. I like that idea...and save Jack’s body a bit for finals when you need his battering ram attack on the ball in the guts
  16. We ran into the two worst teams in the comp at the perfect time....smacked them off the park and hopefully that gives the boys confidence to go on with this season. Agree that Gus always plays way better when Jack is out, not sure what to do about the balance of our midfield when both are fit
  17. We look the better side with our ball movement but we are making bloody hard work of it
  18. We might as well pack 2020 up if we can't beat North they are pretty awful...a dirty scrappy game shouldn't worry us, we have the players built for that. Its the quick, skilful sides that cut us apart.
  19. Enjoyable last quarter but Adelaide are at their lowest ebb. A young side that completely ran out of gas, however was good to see guys like Brayshaw find a bit of form.
