Yep, behind the goals at the Punt Road end, Wiz was having a poor game, Daniher dragged him (back when being benched actually meant something). Ben Beams broke his arm at the start of the 3rd quarter, the Wiz went back on and proceeded to rip Collingwood apart. 9 goals in a half, don't see that too often and his shot for his 10th only just went wide. One of the greatest days I've had at the footy, my Pies supporting mate on the day not so much....

My biggest concern: if we take Gaff the Eagles will retaliate in a couple of years by offering Hogan the mother of all contracts. They would see him as the perfect replacement for Kennedy when he retires. I'm starting to think we shouldn't be too greedy with free agents and concentrate on maintaining the list we've already got.

A good hard fought win that goes down to the wire would probably be great for the club over the next month....awesome as it is to be crushing everyone by 15 goals, surely it can't realistically continue....or can it?

As a Frankston boy I've always barracked for the mighty Dolphins in the VFL, but obviously have split loyalties on this one now! That Casey side is ridiculously strong for a VFL team especially compared to a team that went out of existence recently and doesn't have an AFL affiliate.....huge mismatch will be a smashing.
