Chances of JJ being the sub? I think him getting a played role in a premiership is my sole interest in this game. My interest otherwise was fulfilled with the exit of Geelong.

You've caused me to re-read the article, Katrina, thank you. When I posted it, I'd thought it supportive of Club and player. But I do now see its opportunism and possible/probable misrepresentation, particularly in the action and motive ascribed to the Club. (I don't have any problem as such, though, with using Davis or his actual(?) words.) I regret my post.

Note to self: Time to put a line through some of the greater expectations for this season and settle back into the pre-2021 MFC supporter vibe of celebrating the 'little wins'. Actual wins are going to be hard to come by.
