You would hope that every player not let go by the Club would have the very human reaction of wanting to stay and make amends for 2025 - indeed, to prove 2025 was not who they are - not scamper off to (uncertain!) sanctuary elsewhere. Do it, boys.

From Whitford's player review post-Boxhawks: Ricky Mentha (11 disposals, 4 tackles, 1 goal) "Ricky started the game as good as anyone, probably the best player on the ground in the first 15 minutes. He’s showing these game-breaking moments; we are now looking to grow the brilliant patches into more consistent four-quarter performances."

It will be interesting to see if that figure falls(?) in proportion to the membership number fall in 2025. I suspect not, in that the post-2021 membership increase may have been skewed to low/new-commitment 3-game-type memberships.

How can clubs sell 3-game memberships for $7 and count them as members??!! It's time club memberships were measured, reported and compared, in total dollars, not people (and pets, pot plants, ghosts, etc)
Hmmm... I'd inferred from one of Tayla’s pressers that it was before? And I'd be worried about the light for a post-game drop... As to location, for compliant air operations and suitable safety provision, I'm thinking the drop might be on a controllable marked 'landing pad' on the grassed area Tayla landed at, behind the training facilities, and from a relatively low hover height.
A shame re Charlie: he was pretty big (in one marking contest, almost literally!) against the Boxhawks.
