  1. 🎡 Banananart, banananart, banananart, nart, nart-nart! 🎡 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WgSdB6IQJI
  2. And on another aspect of Harry's movement possibilities, it's nice to know it's not just him/us! From The Age: ...Also high on Cox’s to-do list is getting a deal over the line with off-contract star Chad Warner, and fighting off the huge interest in his signature from the two clubs in his native Western Australia. The 23-year-old reportedly went golfing in Perth recently with former Swans types Don Pyke and Kieren Jack, who just happen to be employed by the West Coast Eagles as chief executive and head of strategy and innovation, respectively. Former Geelong champion Cameron Mooney said on SEN last week that such a meeting was a 'bad look' for Warner, and that he’d be 'filthy' if he was his teammate. Cox said: 'He’s certainly known Don and Kieren from his time here. We take it at face value on that'...
  3. Yep. And it'll happen now cos we can rather than have to. Good times!
  4. I've still got 10 minutes to observe... Not quite. You still need to shape shift Shape to Sharp? 😊
  5. Have none of you been reading the news lately?! There's great culture out there that you're all missing!...
  6. "Butttttt...no pressure, Son."
  7. No, tell us what you really think, WDEE πŸ˜„
  8. 'Zippy Fish'? Getouttahere! But worth moving up for!
  9. Time to end this height debate! The bit above the withers is of little use (physically) for a ruckman. Thoroughbred like Kalani, I reckon he's got 17 hands well covered.
  10. At this stage in the development of AFLW, and the potential feeder competitions, I wonder about the draft pool, and particularly recruiters' detailed knowledge of those in it, that 'moving up the draft order' is as useful or as certain of outcome as in the men's draft? Does anyone have any knowledge of how scouting is done in AFLW, and by whom in our case?
  11. Emotionally I want him at the club, but I'm with the πŸ€” group atm on his abilities. I posted his name on the 'Who needs to have a big year?' thread. Might settle us if he does!
  12. Re Friday gallery in this: Can't help thinking how many 'slitheras' (refer Casey training reports πŸ˜„) they might have encountered!... https://www.melbournefc.com.au/news/1698544/community-and-pre-season-camp-live-updates
  13. As am (was) I, LFS, which set me on a career path that led me to a fondly-remembered professional relationship with one of our qualifying board members. Anything there that qualifies me? πŸ˜‰ Not that said career has left me with much I can contribute!
  14. Thanks, Disco πŸ˜„ Demonland, ignore my smartypants reference to the nursery rhyme. I'm with Disco on the expectations (gulp!) πŸ˜„
  15. I think Johnson is the more likely inclusion, now, in these circumstances. Campbell is the more likely inclusion in the event Gawn is unavailable.
  16. It's going to end with a mid-table finish, then... 😏
  17. https://womensfooty.com/videos/afl-womens-round-melbourne-demons-vs-western-bulldogs I was there, and with some anticipation in a bad mens season among a series of same! A mutedly pleasing outcome, too. Certainly some names there, a number still playing, including Garner's captain last night. That 2013 day produced further entertainment, of the heart-stopping variety, IIRC!
  18. Thanks for this story, Luci. As I imagine you couldn't get all of the '64ers then, it wouldn't matter so much if you couldn't have got all the '21ers. Why don't you try again? Via Brad, this time? He seems more attuned to that sort of emotional attachment and demonstration?
  19. I'd sure like the Irish to feature strongly. They are such a great story, and just great in their own rights.
  20. Did anyone else see the irony of Musk's observation about AI? I would have thought he was one of those wanting it to be fully the opposite (i.e., dropping the 'in'), for its use for his own controlling ends...
  21. Tsk, tsk! (...but, πŸ˜„)
