In any event, he's only 5'11". It's been those vertical stripes.

2026 FREE AGENTS
'2026' = available after 2026, I presume? (If it were for 2026, Campbell, McDonald and Melksham wouldn't be there)

AFLW: Rd 07 vs Gold Coast
Bit of week-on-week déjà vu (except for the contrasting last quarters!): over a yellow and blue team, at the FOD 😊

AFLW: Rd 07 vs Gold Coast
'Reward' for a poorer last season. And remaining opponents are at or near only 50% win/loss. North's 'game style' seems essentially 'not a single weak link'. Ours then needs to be that. Who might ours be atm (if any!)?

Darren Burgess - Going Places
They'll win their first 10.

Eddie ‘Moots’ Esposito
@Rivers of Belief my friend, I also see a 'Justin Kelly' edited his Wikipedia page ('Ted Esposito') in July - about his return to Eaglehawk, it looks like. He may be useful, though idk how contact is made...

AFLW: Rd 06 vs West Coast
...and NOW corrected. Prompt work, MFC 😊. Link as posted earlier now works (I think)(will make my original post - when it was showing the men's Pies game - look silly now!! Oh well...) Otherwise, to the Club website. Enjoy.

AFLW: Rd 06 vs West Coast
...and have now done so. The message "will be passed on to the team". I added that these sorts of things from time to time are getting negative attention on here, that I thought the Club might be concerned about, and was there a specific person vetting things before they're posted? "No, it's a team, each responsible for different parts of media". I asked if there was someone who could call me to chat about the general issue (in the spirit of helping address this negative view of the Club) "I don't think so; it's a team". I asked for the specific matter and the general matter to be passed on. [ @Longsufferingnomore: FYI. J ]

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
P. Dangerfield did us a favour on Friday night by providing a shining example of just that. C.Petracca can truthfully be, and must be, positively compared with him, and that performance, at every possible negotiating moment.

Tassie Devils Possible Extinction
Hmmm... Has that ever been put to the AFL and has the AFL unequivocally denied it. Time for a bit of on-the-spot-putting! Has the AFL ever given a statement of reasons for the roof?

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
If the Leos wear a traditional strip, and we squint, there'll be a red n blue team to follow next week. And a blue and white one to provide us with a nice dose of schadenfreude, I hope!

Tassie Devils Possible Extinction
This. The AFL is one heapin' helpin' of hypocrisy. Remind me; how many other stadiums have rooves? Remind me; which capitals are actually drier than Hobart?

Tassie Devils Possible Extinction
Not that anyone with a political / corporate / financial / self interest will be listening, but... A hundred mill., say, on 'UTAS' (Launie) stadium, then what wouldn't the remaining billion-odd do, in real public infrastructure, on Tassie's road spine, the Commonwealth's Highway 1 (the Midlands Hwy), to smooth / shorten / make safer, the match-day commute from Hobart to Launie (not to mention the boost to the struggling towns on the way...). Combine it with 'commute-friendly' match times (1 o'clock Saturdays and Sundays) and do we have a plan?
