Just on the HS article, I don’t understand how the following relates to being upset with the club: A major part of the Petraccas’ frustration was the isolation. In the first 10 days following the injury he had not seen anyone other than his parents andhis fiancee.

In your opinion what are the changes that need to be made?

Yep he’s one to look at. Only issue is his disposal is pretty suspect, but would add to our midfield depth at least. Sheldrick is another, but can’t see Swans letting him go whereas I think Freo would trade Brodie for salary cap with potential Tiger trade options.

What I enjoy most about this is the obvious disdain between channel 9 and the herald sun. This is basically a, no you’re full of sheet channel 9.

No I agree…. Just making a point about people calling for change but no one knows what change they are calling for. Unless you are directly in contact with Petracca or Viney or Goody no one has a clue what the issues are

Yep exactly. I’m all for a review of certain position at the club but to say we should gut the place is ridiculous.

Hang on, do you want change or don’t you? If Viney and Petracca are unhappy with aspects of the club, wouldn’t one of them be playing Clarry?

Not saying tis isn’t true, but if you are going to say stuff like that I’d be keen to know what these specific changes required are? Anyone can go on a forum and say general statements. I’m definitely not one who thinks it’s all rosy, but just trying to understand who the problem people are if it isn’t the senior coach.

Well Morris did say he hasn’t got a problem with the coach… I’m not sure what he means by direction of the club. If it’s to do with finishing 13th I can confirm that 66k members are also unhappy with this

We also played the Lions and Dogs twice... which is unfathomable in a competition where you don't even play everyone once!

I'm thinking potential ins are: - Houston to replace Brayshaw with ideally a future 1st - Ryan Angwin to replace Hunter as wing depth - Ready to go Ruck (Reidy or McAndrew potentially?) to replace Schache - Pick 7 after Ashcroft bid - Lalor or Reid? - Harry Edwards to replace Tomlinson - Experienced forward to replace Smith - Membrey potentially?

I'd be picking up Riak Andrew on the sole hope you can entice his brother back to play with him!

Once our training facility is finally finished he deserves a statue right at the front

Liam Reidy had 19 disposals, 3 marks, 4 tackles and 54 hit outs on the weekend in the WAFL. I hope he's the one we are looking at as the main back up for Max next year.

I'm going to preface this by saying I love Clarry and I want the club to continue to back him and get him right over this off season. But seriously, if his hand is that cooked please please please just send him for surgery and focus on getting him super fit for 2025. There is absolutely no point in playing him these last two weeks and he is having zero impact on the game. I would rather we run with a Bailey Laurie, who was actually solid when he played a few weeks ago. Even play Kynan Brown in the forward line and play Neal-Bullen more midfield if required.
