I think early in the season they are probably more influenced by team supporter bases. As the season goes on and the pool becomes bigger then it will revert to more the punters views.

Don’t forget Billings was coming back from two injury riddled seasons, so was probably lacking confidence in his body. His last three games playing off a wing were actually fairly solid. He looks super fit now and has done a full preseason, which I’m guessing he hasn’t done for a while.

I think Billings will get first crack on the wing based on training reports.

No I think they could put him on the LTI now, which they could also do with Luker if they plan to go ultra conservative given it sounded pretty severe! From my understanding the supplemental signing period ends Feb 21.
