I thought this was a gag at first but apparently not. So a 19yo plays AFLW for MFC 8 weeks out of 52 for little money and she support Geelong in AFL - a different comp. And the problem is????

AFL and 18 Clubs apologise to Adam Goodes
DubDee replied to Lucifers Hero's topic in Melbourne Demons
So he was Booed because he is black? So bizarre. Wtf would someone be thinking doing that? id be interested to watch the movie to see what went on from his perspective. -
Have to hand it to Chris Scott, although I am not a fan of his. Completely reinvented the team. New tactics to beat the trends of the past 2 years. Scores massive totals with few inside 50s. Thry have a few stars but a lot of no name players. Hopefully hawkins and Gary do a hammy soon

Hell no. All the talent in the world but no heart.

Steven May is the face and ambassador for this product I hear. did some taste testing in May
-
Man it is exciting having May and Lever in the 18. JKH bit stiff to miss out but he did butcher the ball. Hannan was more deserving of the chop but stays in for positional need and as he is a better player INT: Spargo - Hibberd -Stretch - Preuss - Weed - ANB - Garlett - Wagner My guess: Hibberd, Weed, Garlett, ANB out Wagner, Spargo, Stretch, Wagner

A complete backline transplant. Hopefully with Lever and May, Frost can play to his strength and give us lots of run our defence will be rusty but its the first step to gaining some cohesion. Carn the Demons!

The man. The Legend. He has an amazing gift of drawing you in, uses his own life experience and puts things in perspective. I was looking at Weeds watching on, he would be thinking okay i missed an important goal but in the context of this does it matter? what matters is how i handle this challenge perfect message for the group. Love to Neale and family
-
fair point but honestly we are desperate. An 80% Lever would do better what is currently there. Agree Hannan was brought back too soon however. he was rusty as

It's a Bing-Ding-Dong battle between you two!
-
I reckon he sounded OK, not half a bad as the other one. probably just some mild panic feelings due to sustained stress, happens to the best of us. I actually found it hard to focus on anything aside from his eye brows. the right one is up, stayyys up. left one is dancing around. he must have a decent stink-eye ps, wasn't going to post that second line but i'd already pressed the submit reply button
-
I don’t reckon he is far off a recall but his Casey form has been average. Not much chance of coming in this week
-
No Taylor Adams, Elliot, Dunn, wells, Beams, Langdon. Question mark over Cox and Grundy but they reckon Grundy will play. After just beating Sydney Bd losing to freo at home they are certainly not in their best form thats right, I’m getting my hopes up already!
-
yeah true, he is 6'1' though and can play tall. can't wait for Lever and May to be out there. imagine May wrestling Jenkins instead of O Mac??
-
I'm going mainly to get out of the house and have a few beers
-
I wonder if Hore comes back in too or too many talls back there? not sure we can play, Hibbo/Lever/May/Frost and Hore all in the same backline.
-
BT thinks yelling at Sam after that would help the situation?? Anyone with a brain would know this will have no positive impact aside from making the coach feel better. I am glad Goody showed some maturity and supported Sam as did his skipper Jack
-
Grundy has probably been the better ruckman this year so far, but I'll back Gawn to continue his great recent form us winning only 3 games so far makes it almost impossible for him to in with a shout
-
From memory his first ~5 games were below his lofty standards but his last month has been outstanding. How he didn’t win the Brownlow last year is a mystery. if the umpires poll him in a Similar way this year his votes will be down on last year. I don’t reckon he has a chance this year
-
I love how losing to Essendon was the last straw
-
Jeffy Garlett, what can you say? what would Goody be thinking? how is it possible I both love and hate the man?? he kicks 3 including a cracking one-two with Spargs. but at the same time misses the easiest of CHEST MARKS to snap home the victory. then doesnt attack the footy and can't kick straight from 25m (not alone there). he has to be the most infuriating player to watch. so good and so bad. do you compromise team standards by playing him as he is so good or drop him?
-
I've seen Bolton's fresh ideas as Carlton for the past few years and I hope we don't got near him!
-
Baffled by the rushing lever back argument. We have been very conservative and waited the full 12 months. 2 games at vfl and a week off. You think there is less chance to re injure his knee at vfl level on dodgy grounds?
-
Ha yeah Tex has in great form hasn’t he? Been like a mannequin all season. He should be dropped himself. Frost has upside but still has regular brain fades. My in and outs were based on not having too many talls down back. If frost stays in you’d have to drop hore who is a great mark and been very solid so you would play lever May Hore frost and Hibbo together? (If all fit) cheers for the insult too. classy.
-
Out O Mac, Frost, Stretch, Wagner In May, Lever, Hore, Salem otherwise know as a Defense transplant. Frost stiff but don’t think we can play hore May lever and Hibbo with him as well.
