Why would you let your fastest defender/player on your list go in a side aching for speed? Mahoney & Goodwin need to answer this! Watch him excel at the hawks were his forwards will lead to space & will hit targets! Another ex demon who will improve at another club & win a flag!

Tigers, pies, gws had lots of injuries but their system, culture ensured they won enough games ... club needs to turf out the excuses don’t worry which draft pick number a player comes onto their list. Look at the tigers drafting... most premiership sides of recent years are similar it’s their systems/culture!

Most threads on demonland are about the lack of success of the MfC. I’m really no different to the rest. The club is having a members forum to discuss the on field performances.

How do you bring about change then?? Perhaps let sit around a fire & say how wonderful & successful the MFC is!

Most players want look great in any side losing a GF by 90 points.... Getting players to your team is one thing but how will they perform goes bak to structure, system, culture, development

Great research, what can I say its a discussion site, though I don't like being negative the reality is what it is about the status of the MFC.

How does the MFC compete against the bigger clubs in Victoria now? With another sleeping giant awoken Richmond attracting 100K membership along with the Hawks, Cats, Pies and with the other sleeping giants of Ess, Bues & even the Saints. Will the MFC run out of time to gain its share or just make up the numbers for survival?? With no home base were do we celebrate as fans after seeing tigers Swan st celebrations, the streets of Casey??? We train at Gosche paddock with our admin all over the place & yet no solution?? Why can't we develop Gosch paddock into a proper training venue like the pies did & build training & house all of our football/marketing etc under one roof
