Calm down. Tyson, Jones, Vince, Dunn, Cross, Pederson, Gawn, Jetta, Howe and even Bail have had reasonable years.
Overall it has been disappointing but best seen as a transition year under the new regime. Morale is important so how's not the time to throw out the baby with the bath water.
I think Riley's disposal problems comes from his work rate, rather than lack of concentration and effort unlike others on our list. As he gets more support and a better fitness base things will improve. His tackling is elite as is his attack on the ball. Also can kick a goal. Plenty of upside I believe.
The only positive is that our best were new players ( apart from Jones ). Tyson, Vince and Michie were good. If we do as well out of next years draft and cut a heap of dead wood some improvement good come - or may be I'm delusional.
I don't resent him going as much as the way he's gone about it. His attitude at training from all reports as been poor and his form would suggest he is just coasting. he is a member of the leadership group, God knows why.
