think Watts seems to lack upper body strength. His tackles don't stick and players break away from him easily. Needs to pump more iron.

Noticed that our tackles are now hurting the opposition - it's part of the game that has really improved. Jetta and Pigdog are the best but generally most have improved - except Jack Watts. Lewis really had the stuffing knocked out of him. A real positive I would have thought.

Probably not but there is a perverse pleasure in seeing your assessments being confirmed.

Not going to say anything negative today. Loved the coming of age of Maximus. If he can continue to improve he will be a colossus and someone to build a side around. Also Jetta is now the best small defender in the comp. Love Pigdogs tackling - much rather have him the side than McKenzie. Can't understand the Dawes negativity. He was never meant to be the sole tall forward. He competes well and had 17 possessions. Overall I'm glad not to have smoke coming out of my ears this week.

I know it has been said before but Brererton needs a laryngectomy.

Howe has also been really good - finding consistency

Russian and Gawn have been an imposing presence

Would like to see Fitz have a go before years end.

At least some positives this week. Gawn has to stay in the side, Jetta, Pigdog, Barry, Tyson Content with that.
