If you bring in an older player it is best to go for someone of exceptional character such as Daniel Cross. Surely we could do better than McLean. Anyway our need is more for support of our ruck division. As an aside I couldn't believe that Darren Jolly and Sellar put themselves in the draft.

Terrible idea to let Hogan get smashed up in the ruck. I doubt Roos would have a bar of it. Maxxy Gawn is the man and I still have hopes for Spencil. A seasoned ruck may well be on the recruiters to do list for next draft.
