If he doesn't leave, nobody is getting a pay rise for the next 5 years. The problem for me is who would you go at? Daicos probably the only one for me, and he won't move. What would he be on? Drawing a line through Treloar, how much of his contract would we be prepared to absorb? 500k? Offer that to Daicos and ask him to move. He won't, but it compounds their cap problems.
