    Trade radio keep pretending there actually is a formula to the compensation, and actually tried to communicate that at one stage, but they keep saying from age 25, etc, etc. I did note they said it was sliding scale depending on age, the younger the player the lower the salary needs to be for compensation. Given JJ is only 22, surely the compensation should be higher than what we would expect?
