Ghostly Delight sounds like some kind of chocolate or sweet treat.

Well now I have to say, she has presence, style, she interacts seamlessly with players, coach's and fellow luminary Demonlanders, you can't buy genuine interest and honesty, so in essence a sweet treat to be enjoyed by all!

Tell Paul do not send us to Darwin to play

If there are big dollars to be made why not? Small clubs need every additional dollar they can get there hands on.

It's the snakes GW, they follow him around.

Richmond barely have one ruck - no need for Moose.

Think of the damage Max can do if he plays more around the ground while Moose takes more ruck work.

Either make our wing defence impenetrable or make our forward line extra potent.

May not be a need (and always wary of taking any opponent lightly), but might be a reaaaallly good opportunity to let Moose take 60% of the ruck and manage Max's minutes to give him a lighter load this week.

That would be the smart play, we have to protect Maxy G from himself at times.

This is the game to ideally rest him off a 5 day break, but because of the occasion he will never agree to it.

Once the game is out of reach for the tiges take him off.

We have to play the Moose. Every week.

It's no co-incidence that JvR did well on Sunday, only having minimal time rucking.

100% game time spent working with MJ, Checkers and Fritta.

It's a no-brainer.

Love how hard and tough Tom is and how he generally goes about it but let's be honest: he's a good role player not exactly irreplaceable if he did decide to go.

Tom Sparrow is a very good player coming into his prime. With the departure of Trac and Clarrie, Tom will continue to flourish.

Also, why on Earth would he want to leave the MFC at this point..?

Ricky Mentha debut?

How has he been going in the 2’s?

Absent: Salem, Viney, Lindsay, Melksham, McAdam, Petty and Johnson.

Rehabbing: Tom Campbell running laps only. Riv did join some of the early drills but then just did laps only so don't expect him to be playing at either level this weekend.

Kosi was also excused from match sim and did quite a bit of special work with physios so probably still a bit sore from Sunday - would still expect him to play of course.

A bit of celebration - we suspect may have been around Henderson - so perhaps he gets a first run this year (might improve our ground balls).

For those coming back from injury, good to see Bowey (to play a half for Casey on Saturday), CJ and Cross all train fully.

With Petty out, and assuming we don't go double-ruck again on Friday, maybe a smaller team Friday - perhaps Henderson and CJ in for Petty and Heath?

I don’t see us dropping Moose. The 5 day break is a tough one and giving Max a chop out will be important. The forward line looks very dangerous when Roo doesn’t have to play ruck

So why wouldn’t you expose this? We lost nothing by playing 2 rucks last weekend

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
