sorry make that 4 goals for melksham now… what is happening

This is excellent for selection pressure, this is exactly what we need from our senior core in the twos.

For those wanting to know about XT. A quiet first half but really working into the game aince half time and providing some strong run out of our back half.

another goal to Casey and all of a sudden we are 10 goals up

Tommy kicks another from inside 50 after a ferocious tackle and free kick.

Don’t let the baby face fool you, this kid is as hard as nails!

Great set up kick from Riley bonner (see I’m getting to know the Casey boys as the game goes on ;-) and another goal.

144 points to 66.

I really like him. Works really hard with the defensive pleasure, incredibly courageous/tough and good wheels. So small height wise but stocky. Very hawthorn Watson like Low centre of gravity. Probably not as prominent second half as first I thought but we have a genuine small forward to work with. Probably needs some more game time but would be suprised if he doesn’t get a gig in the seniors later in the year.

Apparently Melks has been pulled off and is headed for the ‘G

Must be his reward.

The heading to the G part, I mean.

Casey X -

Ethan Stanley ducks and weaves and hits up Bailey Laurie. Another goal on the board for Casey 🙂↕️

Saints 66 | Casey 152

Hopefully we can snag Sinnema in the mid season draft

Thanks for all the updates all!

XT, Tommy Mac and AMW must be bored down back as ball rarely gettting there in the final quarter. But when it does those three are mopping everything up.

3 minutes ago, whatwhat say what said:

should be in the seniors imo

too smart i50 to waste away in the magoos

Agree, but I think he needed a hit out before the real stuff

Melksham, Heath, T Mac, Laurie, AMW etc

Good to see some real pressure for spots despite 5-6 blokes out injured

That young fella Melksham can play a bit, if he keeps this up he’ll be getting a game in the firsts!

I hope so! He’s two games away from his 250th.

XT loving his final goal of the game and we crack the ton. Boys get around him.

24.22 166 to 10.6 66.

A massive win and all round effort from the boys.

now Off to the g to see a repeat hopefully.

And Xavier Taylor comes out of defence and goal to make it 166 to 66 and it’s a 100 point ball game.
