2025 Keith "Bluey" Truscott Trophy

Jeez this sums up how poorly run the club is and how much we've been missing proper leadership at all levels. Couldn't write this stuff!

RIP to the work experience kid on socials duty today

Less crack more spell check

Have the Work Experience kids been put in charge of the night or something? Seriously this club rarely ceases to disappoint administratively. The Club dragged itself out of mediocrity for brief period with Peter Jackson and Paul Roos and the smooth transfer to Goodwin and brilliantly snaffled a flag in 2021 even as the wheels were falling off at the top end. It’s been a slow motion downward spiral since then.

Unless informed otherwise we have to assume Richo told Billings prior to the comms team. If Richo told the comms team cannot blame them.

The media just were not told or were told after deadlines etc??

Thought Bowsa would’ve finished higher than 4th

Me too

I am shocked how well Trac has done so far. He obviously finished top 3.

Really unexpected.

One of our main issues."

5th best this year at 30yo! Go Salo! Don't listen to the so-called supporters

Admittedly I have tried to erase this season from memory already but I recall him being excellent for ~14ish games but his last month or two were not as good

He'll have to get used to being tagged

Fantastic year, especially coming back from a poor one last year

Fair question if the socials guy actually knows what a 'memorial trophy' is.

If you don’t know what a memorial trophy means, please don’t be in charge of running socials for a multi million dollar organization with 60,000+ paying members. FFS!

Bowsa including his dog in his thank you speech. 🥹

Imagine if trac won? Upset of the decade

He is the victim of his own excellence somewhat

ave 25 touches whilst playing large chunks fwd. 20 assists, 20 goals, ~4.5 clearances.

solid year

Green flag if ever I’ve seen one

I suppose. His kicking has really let him down tho.

How much is this about bumping his trade value I wonder

Yes I’m very cynical

Why are people surprised Trac is finishing high? Everyone heaps [censored] on him because he's not at his peak of being the best player in the league, but he's still a good player and had a good year. He bettered all his main career average stats bar marking and was our best midfielder.

Talk him down and hate him all you want - he's still better than most running round in red and blue, even at his current level.

Almost makes up for being a 5 foot nothing red head. Talk about winning the genetic lottery
