That was truly open and honest interview, and it says a great deal about Tracc himself! He said that he wears his heart on his sleeve, and he sure does!

Very nice description @Deeoldfart . Trac has been truly open and honest since his very first media interviews at the Dees. In those early days, older players were surprised with how well he articulated feelings within the club and where the club was at in a way that that was open and honest yet respected the club itself.

Surprisingly, the lads get next to no media training. There are some aspects of AFL as an industry that are brilliant - I mean, what a great game - and there are other aspects that are cringe worthy amateur hour. Still, nothing's perfect, especially me.

Back on Trac, his openness and honesty reflects a man who has been raised by a family filled with authentic Italian family love.

For those who remain somewhat disgruntled with Trac for the media circus and conjecture following the Kings birthday game last year, just for a moment put yourself in Trac's shoes. He was informed he could have died. Then, he may not be able to play footy again. The recovery process was traumatic. For someone who aspired (aspires?) to be like Dusty and become the best in the AFL...how would any of us cope coherently...

For this, Trac should have our compassion, nothing less.

Celebrate a champion at the G this Sunday.

Coincidentally Petracca's 150th game was against the Swans. Which game you ask? The qualifying final in 2022 when he fractured his leg and we found out that back to back wasn't likely to happen anymore.

Time for pay back. Thankfully this Swans side has half the talent of that side that beat us that night.

i was very unimpressed with Trac's attempt to force a trade last year.

but time heals all wounds. I'll be there to cheer him on.

bringing a gaggle of kids with me. my 2, their cousins and 1 friend. all dees supporters. hope i don't lose any of them or i'll be in trouble when i get home

Iโ€™m doing my bit.. coming up from Ballarat for my 3rd games this year.

Bringing the wife (who hates football) 2 kids (who hate football) and my wifeโ€™s best friend from Sydney who has never seen footballโ€ฆ should be a good day.

Best thing about birthdays is people have to say yesโ€ฆ.

Happy birthday, SPC! Hereโ€™s to a win for you while surrounded by folks who hate footy!!! ๐Ÿ˜… Have a great day, regardless x

Congratulations to Trac, our champion Norm Smith medallist and premiership legend, hope to see him play at least another 100 in the red and blue

So yeah, this ginormous Tracc graphic came to us in four sections (as do all milestone graphics of this size) and the sections have white borders which need to be trimmed off. I trimmed one section then slid it off to the side to make enough room to lay out the next section and this is what happenedโ€ฆ

Yeah his 150th was funnily enough also against Sydney in the 2022 week 1 final.

The 100th game was that yuck 2020 Cairns game V Freo.

50th was a 2018 thumping from the Pies on Queens birthday.

Was there, with 30-something 'kids' (front row, Punt Rd left fwd flank) Got a TV screenshot of very excited us behind Fritta's goal celebration - things looked so rosy at that stage of the game.

We're looking forward to tomorrow for catharsis. The nicest of DeesTracctions!

When I shared a little of a convo I had with Tracc last year a certain poster replied, โ€œGuaranteed that conversation never happened.โ€

More recently I quoted Clarrie (verbatim) and was reported for posting the โ€œmost appalling postโ€ ever seen on Demonland (according to a different poster).

So now, apart from conversations about haircuts or moustaches or favourite songs etc. I donโ€™t share anything.

Anyways, on a much happier note, this is a โ€œthumbnailโ€ of the graphic on Sundayโ€™s bannerโ€ฆ

Itโ€™s gonna look incredible from the stands.

I donโ€™t have a pic of the other side of the banner but itโ€™s a giant graphic of Kozzieโ€™s dadโ€™s beautiful design.

At first glance, his guernsey in the central action pic was indeterminately coloured and looked to be sporting a map of Tassie!

  • POSTGAME: Sydney

The Demons controlled the contest from the outset, though inaccurate kicking kept the Swans in the game until half time. But after the break, Melbourne put on the jets and blew Sydney away and the demolition job was complete.

  • CASEY: Northern Bullants

The Casey Demons travelled to a windy Cramer Street, Preston yesterday and blew the Northern Bullants off the ground for three quarters before shutting up shop in the final term, coasting to a much-needed 71-point victory after leading by almost 15 goals at one stage. It was a pleasing performance that revived the Demonsโ€™ prospects for the 2025 season but, at the same time, very little can be taken from the game because of the weak opposition. These days, the Bullants are little more than road kill. The once proud club, situated behind the Preston Market in a now culturally diverse area, is currently facing significant financial and on-field challenges, having failed to secure a win to date in 2025.

  • GAMEDAY: Sydney

Itโ€™s Game Day, and the Demons have a golden opportunity to build on last weekโ€™s stirring win by toppling Sydney at the MCG. A victory today would keep them firmly in the hunt for a finals spot and help them stay in touch with the pack chasing a place in the Top 8. Can the Dees make it two in a row and bring down the Swans?
