Minor point for the on/off list at the bottom: Hore was a rookie and Fullarton on the main list.

But that doesnt affect the new list going forward.

@red and blue forever thanks for the update. I think it’s 20 players with contracts ending in 2026. Tim Lamb will be busy especially resigning guys like Turner, Bowey, Chandler and Fritsch. I’d probably offer all of them a 3 year deal as a rule but obviously market forces and ‘26 performance may impact.

Yes - current;y committed to 39, which includes Berry and Mentha (B) and 4 A Rookies (which includes AMW - the others are Henderson,Kentfield and Culley). If AMW goes onto the primary list, we will have 34 non-rookies on the primary list - so Picks 7, 8 and 37 get used to top that up and we draft Kalani in the rookie draft? Leaves one spot spare? So 4, not 5?

Doubt they'll upgrade AMW. Will stick with 36,6,2 as we have for the last many years. 3 picks for the primary list. Kalani and Sinemma for the rookie list.

First round picks now get initial 3 year deals. Every pick in the National draft beyond that get 2. Rookies get 1.

So Matthews should push out to 2028...
