    Even then, it’s not hoping Collingwood wins, it’s hoping Essendon loses. A close match decided on a dodgy score review. And both sides have to end up with a record-breaking number of injuries and reports.

    I just prayed to the Footy Gods and promised to never again deface another club’s cheer squad bay sign (soz Blues) if they let Adelaide win.

    To be fair, last season they started 4-1 then went 7-11. Looks like the fast start is a Brad Scott specially.
