Yay or Nay?

For me, excellent first quarter on the wing, and really got into the game and made some impact.

I think he is not strong enough overhead to be a key forward just yet, and using him in the middle, where he can use his run and beautiful skills below the knees, is a good move.

We could use another marking midfielder, and if nothing else, it would be a good learning curve for Dunny to be made accountable for a quality opponent.

Dunn has found some extra speed this year. Last year he was a bit of a plodder, in 2007 he has founf some pace. He has looked good since coming back from injury, and could be used on the wing.

When robbo gets back from injury, Dunn could very well find himself on the wing.

I am all for moving players around this year. The season is almost gone. Lets see who can play where so we can have a better crack at 2008.

Agree with the comment about his marking but sadly for us we desperately need some in form marking forwards.

he looked good didnt he? played alright chasing cornes last week as well...another string to his bow, perhaps we can fit dunn, miller, netiz, and robo all in the same side?

that being said, dunn seems to be a natural forward. by paying him in the mid we are doing exactly what people are complaining that we did to davey and green. it is a touch hypocritical...

Could be a bit like Wheatley should have been when he was on the wing.

I don't mind seeing Dunn learn a bit about playing on the wing, but I do think - particularly with his creativity and footy smarts - he's suited to a forward role.

I'd rather see him on the wing rather than on the bench though, and if it develops his game that's great.

agree jaded i thought he was quite good there, i wold like to see him thrown in the centre for a couple of bonces just to see how he would go, usually is quite clean at ground level

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft.     Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock for the final week of training for the 1st to 4th Years until they are joined by the rest of the senior squad for Preseason Training Camp in Mansfield next week.
