Hopefully a stinger or minor ac sprain

Did Vanders, Smith or Oscar Baker train?

Thanks DS for the reports.

How does Langdon look?

Looks? - needs a hair cut

I was standing no more than 5 metres from Clarry after he came off and he was clearly in discomfort favouring his left arm.

Having said that, he was in good spirits and heard him say to KK that it was only a 'stinger'. One can only hope.

Would say that the training thus far has been as tough, long and brutal as anything I've seen.

If indeed he's out for weeks, At least Oliver was one of the rare surgery players from last year that went on to have a good year.

Hopefully as other's have mentioned, it's just a minor thing.

Backline group of Nietschke, C Wag, Lever and Jetta practicing clearance drill to leading forward, Sam W

At various times Bradtke, Chandler, Nev and Petty running/sprinting the boundary.

Preuss doing some type of fwd work under instruction from Bernie?

Hopefully it will be on display at Royal Melbourne in a couple of weeks.

What's a stinger?

A shoulder/neck injury that pinches or stretches the nerves in the brachial plexus that results in a burst of pain down the arm but most often no long term damage.

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
