On a scale of 1 to beating Collingwood this QBDay by a point after a controversial last minute score review disallows them a goal ... just how satisfying was the coat hanger on Wallace?

You guys do an amazing job getting all our great past players on the Podcast.

Could you ask him if he get a full time, job at the club, so he can be our mid-field coach??

How does it feel to be the greatest living player in the history of the game of AFL Rodney and what would you say to the tribunal that robbed you of the Brownlow in the late ‘80’s?

His sacrifice for the Team was astounding. He put himself on the line many, many times and wore the consequences but by hell, he was a great footballer and team man. I watched him ascend from the Reserves games prior the the main game - just knew he was going to be something - and he was one of the greats with all of the necessary skills at very high levels - just misinterpreted by the noisy media about his physical contribution within such commitment.

I have a question

Does Balls still catch up with Yeater...? If so, how's his hair looking?

Asking for a friend...

We pre-recorded the interview earlier this evening. I would have asked otherwise. Get the questions in earlier folks.

Yeater is the head coach at Edithvale Aspendale now. Sadly the mullet is a thing of the past.

Bugga

I was confused by the liberal use of the words "We're LIVE with Rod Grinter.

I prefer to pre-record the guest interviews to take the stress out of if something technical goes wrong with getting onto the stream. Nothing worse than trying to troubleshoot with a guest waiting on the line.

Sorry for the confusion.

Number of posts it was on during the podcast is a bit ironic, or was it planned?

First half hour was pre-recorded so I could post freely during that time. :P

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
