Smith was probably playing his best game today. Typical Melbourne.

And to get injured in a game like this...

Smith down... thought it was Hogan for a second.

It's a shame he has been good today.

Me too, they look very similar. Poor bugger, doesn’t look good.

Get Dec in.

They’ve played heaps better since 1/4 time

I am not suprised they have. But the contest was dead.

I doubt coach Dew told them all to roll over at 1/4 time

Psychology says it is difficult to maintain pressure when there is none

Poor  bloke feel for him. Shocking luck

Hibberd and Hunt in the wings, bad luck Joel, that’s twice now he’s been injured when playing his best game hasn’t it?

Why doesn’t Petracca go back when taking a kick??? Always off one step. Anyone else noticed this with him?

How can you pay that against Lewis but not against GC 2 seconds later?

Dom Tyson, first kick out on the full (under pressure), wonder what Joeboy will say now ... ;)

Hogan coming into some form. Find a negative in that Dees fans...

Flat track bully?

Watching that attack and mark on the ball left me with a cheeky one-sided grin. Nothing more needed. Beautiful.

Been great. Playing on a teenager. And still haven't seen him jump at a ball yet.

Still. Exactly what you want for him. Calm the nerves with a big showing.

Trac loves to float in front of a pack.

109 our biggest of the year against Blues.

16th biggest margin currently.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
