If we have to have a clash jumper it should be something alike this one.

PS: the 'iSelect' banner is clashing with GWS jumper.

To be honest, I'm not sure we need to be celebrating the club's birth every 10 years. It should be every 25 to 50 at most.

This just seems unnecessary.

Nice jumper but not at $300. That鈥檚 6 bottles of rum.聽

TEN bottles of 1495 whisky!!聽 (I'll drink to the nice jumper...!聽 LOL)

Like it.聽

Cant go to far wrong with good strong colours and simple design. Just like our traditional jumper.聽

Makes you wonder about the myriad of different alternate strips we have worn over recent years.

To be clear, no way I'm paying $300 for it. I'll wait until it is reduced. I'd 聽prefer to spend my money buying a place to live in. Already pay my $700 and whatever it is for MCC/MFC membership.

It can't be classifies as a clash jumper if the alternate also clashes. :D

collingwood? just reverse their colours.

Lets just not do the clash jumper thing.

Sorry, DV.聽 I don't mean to be difficult.聽 But, every time someone has a go at Collingwood's alternate jumper I have to shake my head.聽 As much as I hate that team, the fact is their traditional jumper is predominantly BLACK, while their alternate is predominantly WHITE, and works perfectly well as a clash jumper...

And, as Essendon now have a predominantly red clash jumper, we really have no grounds for having a go at them any longer, either.

And, finally, as ours is now red & blue, kinda think the old clash jumper argument that raises its head every year is pretty much a non-subject this year...

Yeah.聽 I know.聽 Off subject!聽 Sorry guys!聽 Back on subject, I like the 160 Yr jumper!聽 (But, as stated earlier in this thread, my $300 will be going towards 10 bottles of 1495 Scotch.聽 (Yep, I know I'm a cheapskate on BOTH fronts!聽 LOL)

that's the blackest聽navy blue i've ever seen (assuming the colour is accurate on the mfc merchandise page)

  • PREGAME: Rd 17 vs Adelaide

With their season all over bar the shouting the Demons head back on the road for the third week in a row as they return to Adelaide to take on the Crows. Who comes in and who goes out?

  • POSTGAME: Rd 16 vs Gold Coast

The Demons did not come to play from the opening bounce and let the Gold Coast kick the first 5 goals of the match. They then outscored the Suns for the next 3 quarters but it was too little too late and their season is now effectively over.

  • GAMEDAY: Rd 16 vs Gold Coast

It's Game Day and the Demons are back on the road again and this may be the last roll of the dice to get their 2025 season back on track as they take on the Gold Coast Suns at People First Stadium.

  • PREVIEW: Gold Coast

The Gold Coast Suns find themselves outside of the top eight for the first time since Round 1 with pressure is mounting on the entire organisation. Their coach Damien Hardwick expressed his frustration at his team鈥檚 condition last week by making a middle-finger gesture on television that earned him a fine for his troubles. He showed his desperation by claiming that Fox should pick up the tab.聽 There鈥檚 little doubt the Suns have shown improvement in 2025, and their position on the ladder is influenced to some extent by having played fewer games than their rivals for a playoff role at the end of the season, courtesy of the disruption caused by Cyclone Alfred in March.聽 However, they are following the same trajectory that hindered the club in past years whenever they appeared to be nearing their potential. As a consequence, that Hardwick gesture should be considered as more than a mere behavioral lapse. It鈥檚 a distress signal that does not bode well for the Queenslanders. While the Suns are eager to remain in contention with the top eight, Melbourne faces its own crisis, which is similarly deep-seated but in a much different way. After recovering from a disappointing start to the season and nearing a return to respectability among its peer clubs, the Demons have experienced a decline in status, driven by the fact that while their form has been reasonable (see their performance against the ladder leader in the Kings Birthday match), their conversion in front of goal is poor enough to rank last in the competition. Furthermore, their opponents find them exceptionally easy to score against. As a result, they have effectively eliminated themselves from the finals race and are again positioned to finish in the bottom half of the ladder.
