I have it on good authority that at half time David Koch was so incensed with rage that he starting muttering incoherently before composing himself and heading down to the ground. He then singled out Charlie Dixon among the players leaving the ground, pushing Boak and a runner out of the way before getting in Charlie's face with "You're a c-nt, you're a c-nt, you're a c-nt". Before Charlie could comprehend what had just taken place Koch was already half way up the race to entertain his Sponsor guests.

Unfortunately Koch's well timed and succinct message did not have the desired effect and Charlie proceeded to kick two more behinds in the remaining half of footy.

This should be made more public, if true.

Koch deserves to go if that is his attitude, including his TV profile

Sunrise is the worst morning news by a long way, it would be no great loss...

Singling out a player at halftime and calling him a C-nt is absolutely disgraceful from the President.

Know wonder Hinkley wants out, i consider Ken to be a top man.

The players will be gutted...

F$&@ Koch and his "Brekkie Central"

Alls well in Port ,give us another chorus of " Never tear us apart " !

What a difference a day makes.

the novelty of a big headed dork like Koch as President must be wearing thin.

Hope he gets shafted.

Absolutely. I would love to know what was said behind Closed Doors, hopefully Hinkley ripped into Koch and told him to keep his cheap mouth shut...

Kochie is a child who would not be in the position if it weren't for his TV profile. His comments demeaning his players and questioning their commitment after an extra time loss show he knows nothing about the game. He is just a mouth wearing a scarf.

What an incredibly apt surname....for the head of Port

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
