Training - Monday, 4th January, 2016 (according to the MFC website)

Goschs Paddock @ 1:45pm

It seems like forever since I last read one so I'm looking forward to the training reports from the regular crowd and anyone else taking the opportunity to get down to the paddock to watch the boys go round.

Agree, I've been hanging for something relevant to read on here. Hope there are some food reports coming from today's session.

Yes a "food report" would make a nice change from the usual 'training reports'!  I am looking forward to trying some new recipes during the holiday season.

Lol, it's meant to be good...

I've had 3 1/2 hours sleep, I may make less sense than normal...

Killing for a good training program! Btw seems so quick doesn't it. Feels like yesterday the boys finished up their last training run for the year!

Ah yes, as one gets older the days pass so much quicker.

Arrived at1:40pm. Tyson, Brayshaw, Vince, Spencer, Vandenburg, Jetta, Dawes, Frost in Rehab group doing short run-throughout slow pace

Two small groups doing marking/spoiling activity, one group doing Centre clearance work One group doing short kicks Perfect day for it, no breeze, whistle blows, rotate!

Breezes just came in About 100 here Kicking exercise was impressive at my end Watts, Nat Jones, JKH nailing it along with Dunne.

Weeds & Hogan doing 1 on 1 contested marking at the moment. Weeds quite competitive and has great timing with safe hands

Interesting that vandenberg is in rehab group. I don't recall him in that group in last session before Christmas. Anyone know what may have happened?
