If this were me, I'd realise it was a lame concept the minute I had to include players who weren't #1 draft picks to make up numbers. Why Jack Martin and not Jesse Hogan? Or maybe even Matthew Lloyd as a 16 year old pick? Silly.

On a side note, we reckon we got lucky by getting Jesse Hogan for the loss of Tom Scully - how about getting Matthew Lloyd for the loss of Todd Ridley? The bummers must still be laughing about that two decades later.

Hard to go past Saint Nick out of that list. Funny how we're not the only club to wind up with an average player at no. 1.
