Hahahaha your all talk mate. Your interests in 'body bulking' and 'unhealthy eating' (not to mention your dp) just indicates to me that your a fat worthless piece of [censored]. Yep, i'm playing the keyboard warrior right now :) anyways why do I bother? have a good one mate! I'm sure your morbid obesity will get you far in all areas of life.

It doesn't work if you criticise someone on what you think they look like on the internet.

Also, why pick on the morbidly obese when they clearly cannot help being fat.

Those insults probably give a misleading insight into my character...but upon closer inspection you will realize that I'm just replicating the petty insults that the other bloke does on a regular basis.

ZZZZZ ZZZZ ZZZ zzzzzzzzz zzzz . zzzzzz

Not sure why you bother with him BBO, he's made 398 posts and not one of them has been worth reading. Highly doubt that will change anytime soon either.

No, on closer inspection you think (with no inside knowledge) that Nate Jones will go to the hawks. NFI.

You have read all of my 398 posts? I'm flattered, to say the least. Anyhow...isn't this a thread about Nate Jones? I think we should all re focus on the topic at hand

Oh k mate lets define opinion quickly; 'a view or judgement formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge.' Case closed...Lets move on.

Sure. Go ahead and tell us more about why Jones is off to Hawthorn in a few years time. We're all waiting in anticipation...

Some insults are funny though.

Totally understandable...

But this is a public forum...and we should all feel welcome to offer our insights or opinions...no matter how stupid or unreasonable they may seem to some

What's an A-grader, if not Nathan Jones?

Compares about evenly to Josh Kennedy, Jordan Lewis, Travis Boak, Callan Ward, Dayne Beams, Rory Sloane.

The only way Nathan Jones isn't A-grade is if you only count about 5 midfielders as A-grade.

He's also taken on a leadership burden heavier than perhaps any other player in 20 years.

It's crazy that this is still a debate.

Unless you are confusing A grade with elite (i.e. the top handful of players in the league), Jones is CLEARLY A grade. Be happy we have him and don't downplay his ability just because he plays for us. He is a gun.

Depends on how you grade them.

In my mind he sits alongside players like Mundy, Marc Murphy, Priddis, A Swallow. All quality players but just below A grade.

A grades are Dangerfield, Watson, Fyfe, JPK, Selwood. All better players then Jones.

Pendles and Ablett are in a different cat altogether.

For Jones to do what he does in a shitty team like Melbourne easily makes him A grade. I wonder how the blokes you've mentioned above would currently go at MFC?

Ablett is off the chart. AAA grade.

FFS, some people just have no idea.

Shiraz flowing freely in Romsey tonight.

Said like it doesn't happen often ... :):)

I don't really know (or care) whether Chunk is an A-grader or not. What I do know is that he is now in his prime, and has a chance over the next few years to make a name for himself as one of Melbourne's great captains. He has had a good career so far, but there is greatness not far away, touch wood ...

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.

  • REPORT: North Melbourne

I suppose that I should apologise for the title of this piece, but the temptation to go with it was far too great. The memory of how North Melbourne tore Melbourne apart at the seams earlier in the season and the way in which it set the scene for the club’s demise so early in the piece has been weighing heavily upon all of us. This game was a must-win from the club’s perspective, and the team’s response was overwhelming. The 36 point win over Alastair Clarkson’s Kangaroos at the MCG on Sunday was indeed — roovenge of the highest order!

  • CASEY: Werribee

The Casey Demons remain in contention for a VFL finals berth following a comprehensive 76-point victory over the Werribee Tigers at Whitten Oval last night. The caveat to the performance is that the once mighty Tigers have been raided of many key players and are now a shadow of the premiership-winning team from last season. The team suffered a blow before the game when veteran Tom McDonald was withdrawn for senior duty to cover for Steven May who is ill.  However, after conceding the first goal of the game, Casey was dominant from ten minutes in until the very end and despite some early errors and inaccuracy, they managed to warm to the task of dismantling the Tigers with precision, particularly after half time when the nominally home side provided them with minimal resistance.
