Team is not united

Even if the players are determined to give it their best regardless of their opinion of neelds capabilities, if the game plan is too complicated or not standing up to match conditions then the team will continue to be beaten badly , this exasberating the situation with the players. the team has accelerated backwards at an alarming rate from 2011. this is NOT just because the players arent trying. what neeld is attempting to do is not working.

Heard a rumour last year that Frawley regretted signing that 4 year deal back in 2010. He thought by this time around we would be pushing for finals and we would have built a talented list. Apparently last year just did it for him.. the fact that we are way off finals has been a major frustration for him. Expect him to walk soon as his contract is up.

Mother of God - tell me this isn't so.

this is NOt about the players. i really hope the club realise this. 45 blokes dont suddenly forget how to play footy. some of them wouldnt even get a game in their old TAC teams at the moment. If it looks like sh*t, smells like sh*t then it most probaly is. A change needs to be made or the club will lose all the talent on the list. Why the F&^%K would Hogan toumpas and viney want to stick around for another 18mths of this?!

Frawley's gone as soon as his contract is up & I don't blame him, we've been rubbish the entire time he's been at the club.

Well I do blame him. I blame him for not playing at his best regardless of the state of the team

Being dissatisfied with the coach or FD is not an excuse to play poorly for an AA player

Roos and Pert when they played for Fitzroy towards the end were always in the best players despite their team getting thumped every week on and off the field.

A player may not be responsible for his team mates' attitude but he certainly is responsible for his own

CLEAN HANDS by KC from Casey

The Casey Demons headed into town and up Sydney Road to take on the lowly Coburg Lions who have been perennial VFL easy beats and sitting on one win for the season. Last year, Casey beat them in a practice match when resting their AFL listed players. That’s how bad they were. Nobody respected them on Saturday and clearly not the Demons who came to the game with 22 players (ten MFC), but whether they came out to play is another matter because for the most part, their intensity was lacking an

    ALAS SPRINGS by Whispering Jack

I got the word on Saturday from someone who knows someone inside the Fremantle camp that the Dockers were pumped and supremely confident about getting the W the next day against Melbourne at TIO Traeger Park in the red heart of the country. I was informed that the Dockers were extremely confident for a number of reasons. They had beaten the Demons on their home territory at the MCG at their last two meetings so they didn’t see beating them at Alice Springs as a problem. They belie

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,
