Ol' slug, what a legend! You could hear him yellin' anywhere in the 'G' even when they were playing at punt road. He could almost drown out the PA system @ Richmond station.

In one year I kicked 22 goals in 20 games. I kicked 3 goals in a final. I am also a premiership player.

Ans = Barrie Vagg
Born in Kyabram. Vagg was recruited by Footscray in 1960 but failed to get a senior game and left at the end of the season.
A half forward, he joined Melbourne for the 1962 season and was a member of their 1964 premiership team. And also played in the winning Reserve GF in 1969. He topped Melbourne's goal kicking in 1965 with 30 goals and again the following year with 20 goals.
