In my opinion until we get rid of Schwab we are always going to be average. For a guy whose been a CEO for years only twice has the team he's working for made the finals. He causes friction amongst players and footy department, if wasn't for the thrashing by Geelong in 2011 and Jimmy passing away he would be gone. lts a well known fact Jimmy wanted him out but Garry Lyon, who IMO should stay out of running of the club, said no Bailey was enough to go at the time. l wish Bailey had stayed until the end of the year and Schwab went then.

Now let me see Dave.

You've mentioned something that happened 15 months ago. Is there anything specific you can point to that he's done since then that you can point to that backs up your theory

Cameron Schwab... something something... uh.... Fremantle is no good... something... um... what was I saying?

Given that the club appears to be the best run it has been in living memory, with the most stable and united board, and the astonishing admin-side staff turnover of past years also seems to have stabilised, and the selling of 'distant hope' has been gradually toned down in favour of clear and present actions...

Unless something sinister comes out of the woodwork, I'm a solid fan of Cameron Schwab, have been for some time, and frankly I'm more than a little annoyed by the bizarre and gutless anonymous sniping of internet heroes with no particular accusation to make, just innuendo about as useful and reasonable as 'he was responsible for Liam Jurrah getting in a fight in Alice Springs'.

Ahhhhhhh I see what's happening... Moloney's gone, Morton's gone, Gysbert's gone, so who is the obvious choice for troll target next? Schwab.

I actually have to coin a word for this type of post that both describes and encapsulates... Dumbness. There is so much dumbness in this line of thinking that it needs it's own dictionary entry.

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

WAYNE WUSSELL'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS Rehab: Lever, Spargo, McAdam, Lindsay, Brown Sinnema is excellent by foot and has a decent vertical leap. Windsor is training with the Defenders. Windsor's run won't be lost playing off half back. In 19 games in 2024 he kicked 8 goals as a winger. I see him getting shots at g

BEST OF THE REST by Meggs

Meggs' Review of Melbourne's AFLW Season 9 ... Congratulations first off to the North Melbourne Kangaroos on winning the 2024 AFLW Premiership. Roos Coach Darren Crocker has assembled a team chock-full of competitive and highly skilful players who outclassed the Brisbane Lions in the Grand Final to remain undefeated throughout Season 9. A huge achievement in what was a dominant season by North. For Melbourne fans, the season was unfortunately one of frustration and disappointment
