Yes he did. I do seem to remember some weak platitude from Judd's guardian angel, Saint Andrew of Macedonia, to the effect that it was purely accidental, or maybe his disciple Jeff G late of Punt Road, (not that the same argument would help too many others get off similar of fences.)

A few years ago, they would have trotted out a neurologist and bio mechanics expert to prove that Judd's "brain fade" was an involuntary side effect of him having received a slight knock to the head some time earlier in the game. Hence case dismissed. Should not happen this time but with Vlad The Impaler still in charge.........hmm, I'm not so sure.

There can only really be one clown this week and he played on Friday night. Chris Judd (147) could have scored 200 points for all I care, but that one dog like act was all that I saw and confirmed what many have suspected about him…. He’s not a very nice type of guy. While all Bruce, Dennis and the rest of the Channel 7 circle jerk could do was sing Judd’s praises the rest of the football community was dumbfounded at how they couldn’t be mentioning the elephant in the room… Bruce… CHRIS JUDD JUST CHICKEN WINGED PATCH ADAMS AND DISLOCATED HIS SHOULDER!!! Not to mention the fact that Carlton were being smashed… didn’t matter to Bruce, it was champion Judd this, Legend Judd that. In fact I counted more camera shots on Twigley and co in the crowd than I counted replays of the incident. MRP referred this directly to the Tribunal. Apparently he was reported for 'Misconduct' but the MRP has charged him with Rough Conduct. Meaning that they could have given him a set penalty, but have decided not to.... Uncerstain as to what that means in relation to charging him though.

Glad he didn't have the option to plead guilty to reduce the charge though....

I refer Demonlanders back to my post (no.33 on this thread), with reference to the violent act he perpetrated on Nick Walsh.

I think it shows the type of bloke this champion is.

I really think the football community needs to know about the Walsh incident, but it seems I'm one of few people that do know about it. I sometimes wonder what other dreadful deeds he's done that not many other people know about.

I'm ashamed that I so desperately wanted this former Melbourne supporter to play for our club. I want tough ruthless players, but not cruel thugs.

I can't imagine hating someone enough to gouge their eyes, knowing, as an intelligent guy like him would, that it could result in permanent damage to the victim's eyesight. Similarly, stomping on an opponent's guts, which could quite possibly cause life-threatening rupture of a viscus.
