Got my new jumper today in the mail, the WEBJET logo is just the name and mouse thingy, not the orange box,

LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER

I like the red and blue used, didnt notice it last week at the game but might already in use in games?

anyone else got one yet?

Huh? Why is the orange box not on it?

It might look a lot better, but I would rather have one identical to the ones the players wear.

Also, the orange box is there for a reason. Its part of our sponsors logo. Really wonder if its a good idea omitting it when an additional year of sponsorship is on the line.

The players will probably wear a jumper without the box from now on.

WebJet would have been consulted with regards to how the jumper looks, the box around the logo doesn't make it stand out any more (see below), therefore it is just a waste of space. I'm glad to see that we have a jumper where you can actually see the shape of the main feature clearly (the red yolk).

Really? I disagree entirely.

Maybe because we are looking at it so hard you don't think it does. But at a quick glancing look the orange stands out big time.

It does look a lot better for us though. And if we run out without the orange I will be happy. I just think its a bad move for our sponsor.

I actually think it stands out more without the orange box - that orange box did nothing for us or them I think it's a good move for both (and really couldn't give a stuff about the sposnor anyway - it is OUR jumper after all although I'll gladly take their money...)

BTW no issues for me with the website, I'm using Firefox.

Hmm... ive reported the posting problem to Andy but it seems to be fixed now anyway.

Thanks Striker! glad to know its not my computer.

There is a limit to how big a sponsors logo can be for both the front and back of the jumper. The big red webjet signage was bigger than what is acceptable, but i reckon the AFL would have allowed it as a temporary measure, given the unfortunate situation we found ourselves in.

I like the new jumper with just the mouse & the sponsor name over the jumper. The "orange" background looks stuck on, out of place & easily removed. The newer version looks like it belongs.

I'm in love with the simplicity of that jumper. I wonder if the back of jumper logo has also changed. The one the players wore had a slightly different dark blue rectangle surrounding the sponsor's logo. Hopefully that's been fixed too.

Much better. Also given sizing restrictions you are now able to actually have larger (easier to read) logo as its now not on a backing area.

Thats a win win for mine

Demonland Trackwatcher Gator attended training out at Casey Fields to bring you the following observations from Preseason Training. GATOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS There were 5 in the main rehab group, namely Gawn, Petracca, Fullarton, Woewodin and Lever.  Laurie was running laps by himself, as was Jefferson.  Chandler, as has been reported, had his arm in a sling.  Lindsay did a bit of lap running later on. There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. I’m posting this with some trepidation because of a certain amount of uncertainty surrounding the return of preseason training in 2025 after a flurry of weddings including those of our coach, one of our superstar players and a former premiership champion player and bloke, not to mention the recent mysterious incident that occurred on the Mornington Peninsula.  I believe that the team reassembles this morning at Casey Fie

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to

A few new faces joined our veteran Demonland Trackwatchers on a beautiful morning out at Gosch's Paddock for another Preseason Training Session. BLWNBA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I arrived at around 1015 and the squad was already out on the track. The rehab group consisted of XL, McAdam, Melksham, Spargo and Sestan. Lever was also on restricted duties and appeared to be in runners.  The main group was doing end-to-end transition work in a simulated match situation. Ball mov
